BBQ Mushrooms

Ingredients:

• 2 large portobello mushrooms
• 1/2 cup vegetable broth
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 tbs coconut aminos or soy sauce
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 garlic, crushed

Ingredients:

• Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Cut into 1/2 inch strips.
• In a bowl, whisk vegetable broth, white wine vinegar, coconut aminos or soy sauce, chili powder, and garlic together.
• On a pan or a grill, cook mushrooms until they are tender.
• NOTE: Serve! This would be great as a side dish, in a sandwich, or a wrap!
