Lemon Custard
Ingredients:
• 2 cups oat milk
• 7 tbs cornstarch
• 6 tbs brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 lemon peel
Instructions:
• In a pot on medium heat, add all ingredients (except lemon peel.) Whisk and stir until all of the cornstarch is gone.
• Bring to low heat and stay for another 5-10 minutes.
• Take off heat, and stir for another minute. The custard will get thicker.
• Add lemon peel to top.
• Let cool and serve!
