I love the quiet, I admit it, but I miss having ... a lot of people in one house. Robbie, Rob, Rottenella (Rs?) ... It's just mother and I, here, and that man after he gets home from work.

Oh well. I fully enjoyed Betty's book on the snakes! And I did locate another copy of my folktale book (ages ago ... oops, should have told you).

I think I need to ... to go over Trixie's house and see how she is holding up after the fight. However, I'm grounded for running away. The parents are locking me in my room all day. It's maddening.

But I have gotten a lot of reading done, and those two have been forced to fix their own meals. Karma, I suppose.

I also finished making my dress for the ball, but I'm still not certain if I want to go ... or for very long.

It's all so very complicated.
