Ventnor Fringe Festival is a unique creative gathering on England’s Largest Island. An award winning comedy, theatre, music and arts festival on the Isle of Wight. Similar to the Edinburgh Fringe, each year hundreds of artists travel to the coastal town of Ventnor to perform in a huge variety of venues that appear around the town each year for the festival.

Ventnor Fringe started in 2010 and has grown to become the Isle of Wight’s largest mixed arts festival, with over 12,000 ticket sales in 2024. It’s unusual Island location makes it the perfect place to combine a seaside holiday in the UK.

Yes, Ventnor is an unusual coastal resort with a distinctively creative vibe, surrounded by stunning landscapes and unusual plants. It’s historic centre is full of independent shops and there is excellent restaurants for such a small town.
