In contrast to a desktop PC that performs a variety of tasks,a microcontroller perform a single ,well defined task. An embedded system has a microcontroller associated peripherals, and software intended for specific purpose. The paper explains the monitoring of the health parameters like heartbeat ,temperature, respiratory rate and cough .the cough is monitoring will give the status of cough, for TB patient .if any of these parameters reaches the cutoff value ,the system will indicate i.e. ,the buzzer will can be ON and parameters have been transmitted to remote station which can be monitored by the doctor or nurse, since transresciver has been used in this article ,the command also can be sent to the receiver and executed . The communication between PC and microcontrolle1r is serial communication .we can monitor the parameters using front and visual basic

decade; this is due to the availability of the same powerful processors, used in home/office
computers, used in these control systems. The processes being controlled are typically field device
limited in terms of speed of response; today’s processors can provide logic control, I/O scanning and
other main functions far faster than the field can respond.
This “latent” excess processing capacity within the digital control systems presents opportunities to
take on new tasks that now reside in servers or other stand-alone processing devices. Plant
Performance monitoring, maintenance monitoring, and other asset management functions can now
reside fully within the same hardware platform as that being used for actual process control. There
is already a body of work within academia that identifies a similar trend (peer-to-peer or grid
computing) in latent/underutilized processor capacity within networks that can be harnessed for
solving massively complex analysis in many research applications an within various industries. The
use of the latent capacity of the DCS in some aspects mirrors the approach within the academic
studies.
The author show why and how the plant DCS can and should be looked at no longer as simply the
implementation of process control logic (optimized by another stand-alone device), but also as the decision-
making tools (i.e. software tools) that enhance plant performance, unit dispatch, and other functions
that can and should be embedded in the control system itself. This way, operational decision making
(i.e. business decision making) can become far more real time and far more meaningful with the
ability to instantly understand the commercial (read profitability) impact.

developing a comprehensive understanding of
collected data remains a daunting task . This is due
to the vast quantities of data and the wide diversity

general methodology for building comprehensive
behavior profiles of internet backbone traffic in
terms of communication patterns of end –hosts

Corruption has become an inseparable component of our society. It deeply related in functioning of governing bodies and system. Illiteracy lack of awarnace, BPL (below Poverty Line) & APL (Above Poverty Line) has deteriorated the standard of our society and has occurred whelming contribution in the multi functioning of the system. This project (the idea) that we were proposing will not only fight to eliminate the malfunction in current system and monopoly but also encourage direct communication between governing bodies & public. The interface is fully transparent & not only eliminate the inter mediators but also encourage people to fully utilize the resources provided by the government. The project involved interface between government & benefiters using web technology & cryptography the technology driven method is useful to maintain transparency & account facility in food grain distribution system.

In this paper we investigate the problem of detecting anomalies using traffic measurements with fine-grained time stamps. We develop a new detection algorithm (called S3) that utilizes a Bayes Net to efficiently consider multiple input signals and to explicitly define what is considered "anomalous".
