Environment has been a quintessential aspect which we surround ourselves with, to identify and cr... more Environment has been a quintessential aspect which we surround ourselves with, to identify and create the idea of establishing a living which is based on what we see, hear, breathe and feel. The most beautiful of its kind, the term Environment has got its own natural definition which can be considered both generic and specific. Over the period of time, with the transition hitting the road on the path of development, mankind has been effectively using up the resources to satisfy their very own need and greed, The consideration which is to be paid by the humans has been ignored over a long period of time. As a result, there has been a drastic degradation of the environment which is solely responsible for harming the structure to its very core, that is not only affecting us but the entire ecosystem. Thus, the idea of Sustainable development came into action with the hope or a ray of light striking at the end of the tunnel, wishing to save some part of the environment as well as creating a lobby which will be responsible for holding on to the ways and hopes that will create a better scope and a future for the human beings. The paper essentially discusses about the environment sustainability which has come into force in India through various legislations. The paper looks at the effectiveness of the laws that have been passed by the Parliament based on its own ability as well as inspiring from the various resolutions adopted by the United Nations and its associates. The enormous seventy-four year old Soviet Union, which dominated the political scene all around the globe, variating and moving into the cold battle with the United States, causing political changes in several countries including Iran or be it directly impacting the structural changes in the political system of several countries including that of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea also known as North Korea as well as indirectly supporting the conflicts outside its country and acting as a supporting cause to several revolutions, the collapse of the Big State not only indicted the change and reformation in the Eastern Europe, but also impacted in several changes that were invited which included the economic and market reforms. While this global phenomenon was taking place, the Soviet Union was slowly breaking down into smaller places which included several breakaway countries. Over the period of time, there have been several instances wherein the efforts have been made by the Russian Federation which was the original USSR(Union of Soviet Socialist Republic) which included wars and locations that extended within the Union of the Russian Federation as well as the states attached to it who were trying to breakaway. various companies established their services and their actions on the Internet which
made it easily accessible for the consumers sitting at home on the internet.
The paper intends to understand the effect of the laws, regulations and executive actions
taken by the country as well as certain loopholes that have been present in the laws of
these countries.
The paper concludes by suggesting the methods with which India can work upon its

It involves taking one's life by attacking the person in groups. It is predominantly found in the northern part of the country and has its roots in USA. The rise in the phenomena of mob lynching India is as alarming as helplessness in terms of lack of availability of laws in the country. This paper focuses on the occurrences of cases of mob lynching in countries like the United States and India and to draw upon the similarities in the incidents across the two jurisdictions. Also, the paper focuses on the present laws in India and find solutions to counter the ongoing surge in the mob lynching cases.

How the concept retains itself and has been able to create the void is by inculcating the belief that the society at large remains itself to be an association or culmination of the wrong deeds not only deviating from the basic theory of symbiosis but also by the belief of making everyone sustainable. The concept of marital rape and whether should be considered to be a part of the crimes under the ambit of Indian Penal Code has been a matter of debate and is considered to be of utmost importance since the beginning of times. The paper looks into the history of marital rape around the world, particularly at its evolution. It analyses the various perspectives of marital as a concept. If laws against it are implemented, then the repercussions such laws may have over the traditional and customary practices in the country. Lastly, it studies the variation in the situations in the countries where marital rape has been criminalized and the position in India, both in ancient and contemporary times and how it can be put to effect in near future as a part of the law in India. The concept of marital rape and whether should be considered to be a part of the crimes under the ambit of Indian Penal Code has been a matter of debate and is considered to be of utmost importance since the beginning of times. The paper looks into the history of marital rape around the world, particularly at its evolution. It analyses the various perspectives of marital as a concept. If laws against it are implemented, then the repercussions such laws may have over the traditional and customary practices in the country. Lastly, it studies the variation in the situations in the countries where marital rape has been criminalized and the position in India, both in ancient and contemporary times and how it can be put to effect in near future as a part of the law in India. The paper concludes by taking a stand as to how the law is a necessity however, needs to be developed carefully and with keeping consciousness of mind for not only the males or females, but setting a bench mark for the future generations.
