Lead free CH 3 NH 3 SnI 3 perovskite thin film was prepared by low temperature solution processin... more Lead free CH 3 NH 3 SnI 3 perovskite thin film was prepared by low temperature solution processing and characterized using current sensing atomic force microscopy (CS-AFM). Analysis of electrical, optical, and optoelectrical properties reveals unique ptype semiconducting nature and metal like conductivity of this material. CH 3 NH 3 SnI 3 film also showed a strong absorption in visible and near infrared spectrum with absorption onset of 1.3 eV. X-ray Diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confirmed a structure of this compound and uniform film formation. The morphology, film uniformity, light harvesting and electrical properties strongly depend on preparation method and precursor solution. CH 3 NH 3 SnI 3 films prepared based on dimethylformamide (DMF) showed higher crystallinity and light harvesting capability compared to the film based on combination of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) with gamma-butyrolactone (GBL). Local photocurrent mapping analysis showed that CH 3 NH 3 SnI 3 can be used as an active layer and have a potential to fabricate lead free photovoltaic devices.

Keeping in mind the end goal to accomplish effective interoperability of data frameworks, ontologies assume an imperative part in determining semantic heterogeneity. We propose a general interoperability design that uses ontologies for explicit description of the semantics of data sources, and web provider to provide the alternative between the diverse parts of the engineering. It comprises of 1) information supplier administrations for mapping data sources to neighborhood source ontologies, 2) an information base for represents to reference area domain ontology, and 3) a few web administrations for embodying the distinctive functionalities of the design. In this paper, we concentrate on a part of the design which is an tool, called DB2OWL, that consequently creates ontologies from database schemas and also mappings that relate the ontologies to the data sources. The mapping process begins by identifying specific cases for reasonable components in the database and as needs be changes over database segments to the relating ontology components. A model of DB2OWL device is executed to make OWL ontology from relational database.
