Since the mobile phase is gas, a limitation on the type of sample introduced is abided. If the sample is conditioned to proper needs and a required amount is inserted, then better resolution of peaks as a result is encountered. This paper showcases the technologies and novel approaches towards the sample separation and preparation to make the GC instrument better in its performance.

Here PLL has been utilized so as to synchronize the yield voltage of inverter with framework voltage [3]. Thus, to achieve the same a sinusoidal reference is generated from PLL Output which generates PWM signal which is controlled by grid voltage [7]. This paper proposes a simulation model of the Solar PV grid connected system (closed loop) using sinusoidal pulse width modulation and Phase lock loop for grid synchronization. The proposed scheme is verified in MATLAB.

Many short channel effects contribute towards indeterminist response of the drain current and eventually poor circuit performance. This effects can be overcome if the short channel effects are minimized by gate excitations and by using multiple such gates and there by providing better control over the device parameters. The gate electric field in single gate MOSFET is decreased, and multiple such gates are grown on same substrate so as to have better control over drain current, called as Multi-Gate MOSFET or FinFET. We have recreated the 22nm single gate MOSFET and same channel length multi-gate MOSFET, their performance through various parameter comparisons are evaluated and studied.

In the last few years, several SLAM techniques have been successfully proposed for varying environments. Hence, it is important to measure the performance of these techniques depending on the use case. This paper presents a relative examination and benchmarking of mobile robot trajectories estimated by four ROS-based algorithms in an indoor environment: (a)lidar-based: Hector-SLAM and GMapping and (b)camera-based: RTAB-Map and ORB-SLAM2. A mobile robot was designed with sensors such as 2D lidar, encoders, inertial measurement unit, and depth camera. Thereafter, experiments were performed in an indoor environment, and information containing time-synchronized poses was gathered from sensors by teleoperating the robot on a testing track. Different SLAM systems were tested on this data and were compared with suitable metrics. The results demonstrate encouraging outcomes for lidar-based Hector-SLAM and camera-based ORB-SLAM2 algorithms.

Industrial Control System (ICS) used in critical infrastructure like energy sector, oil and natur... more Industrial Control System (ICS) used in critical infrastructure like energy sector, oil and natural gas, chemical processing, waste water treatment etc. are of great importance since it serves to a larger population and hence termed as National Critical Infrastructure (NCI). Security of such infrastructures is essential from physical as well as from cyber point of view. Traditional approach for the security was only physical consisting of creating SOP, access control, physical verification, etc. But due past cyber disturbing events like Stuxnet, Blackenergy-3, Turkey pipeline explosion, Havex, New York dam attack, etc. it is realized that the network security of the connected devices within the infrastructure is also of same importance. Various researches in this field have helped to make the NCI immune to a certain extent as well as resilient against cyber-attacks. One such approach is using Formal Analysis for performing security analysis of the communication protocols used in ICS domain. In this paper a compressive review of all available methods for formal analysis along with CPN modelling is done for analysis of valid as well as invalid states of HART protocol. The Modelling shows various states that the protocol can take during one transaction of communication. Further this analysis can be extended for other Fieldbus protocols for security analysis.
