The presented study solves the actual scientific and technical problem of developing a new approa... more The presented study solves the actual scientific and technical problem of developing a new approach related to the creation of models, methods, and algorithms, as well as an application development platform for intelligent decision support in man-aging the process of maintenance, repair and upgrading to increase the efficiency of industrial equipment at all stages life cycle. Systematization of tasks, methods and means of maintenance and repair of Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems in the light of the equipment life cycle was build. Input effects and response systems, components, internal communications was identified. Systemological model of the process of maintenance and repair was formalized. To improve the efficiency of maintenance and repair, a method of continuous improvement of the process of maintenance and repair of the maintenance program has been developed. As a result of approbation, an increase in the efficiency and quality of equipment maintenance, a reduction in costs up to 15%, and an increase in the overall efficiency of the organization of maintenance and repair processes up to 20% were obtained, which is confirmed by the implementation certificates.

Methods of diagnostics, forecasting and modernization of a technical system at different stages of the life cycle using predictive modeling are considered. The method of identification of the current stage of the life cycle of a technical system is shown. The description of information support of the platform is given. Examples of description of the ontology of general industrial equipment are shown.
This paper is devoted to such issues as artificial intelligence, ontological engineering, decisio... more This paper is devoted to such issues as artificial intelligence, ontological engineering, decision support, maintenance and repair, maintenance equipment, life cycle. The paper shows the basic procedure of the modernization and the knowledge representation models that used to organize the process of decision support. In this paper describes the process of developing an ontological knowledge model for general equipment by combining several basic classifiers for industrial equipment. Ontology files generating based on an analysis of the enterprise assets classifier texts showed. The features of each classifier and procedures of their union described. A description of some group’s ontology described. The main classes in groups and examples of instances of classes identified. The presented algorithms predicting the state of the technical system. Illustrates the application of the developed methods on the example of the car.

We have investigated and analyzed the process of repair and maintenance of a service company. We have defined basic models and its set of functions. This work is based on agent-based approach to simulate MRO process. Logical and conceptual models of multi-agent systems of MRO process have been developed.

We consider the basic system implementation concept, describe the process of client identification and provide a list of the most current technical support identification. This paper examines the key functions of an automated system and its architecture is presented. Due to the fact that the system distinguishing feature is that the forecast is made for the trading hall customer, special attention is given to the forecasting method of trading hall client needs. Forecasting algorithm is described and illustrated by the algorithm example. In conclusion we list the possible difficulties in the implementation of the automated system and provide a list of statistical data, needed to evaluate its effectiveness.

The software, information, methodical and intellectual support of the equipment operation provisi... more The software, information, methodical and intellectual support of the equipment operation provision is a critical issue to guarantee the success of enterprises. This paper devoted to the more efficient use of expert knowledge in the field of maintenance and repair of equipment, through the development of ontologies of different technical systems and algorithms to work with them. Developed ontology of road construction machinery, office equipment, maintenance services and contractors shown. Described the process of combining classifiers for industrial equipment. Showed generating circuit files of ontology-based text analysis classifier of fixed assets. The algorithms use methods and derived models. After construction and filling of the respective ontologies were formulated a set of tasks to work with them, and we get algorithms work with them. This paper brings a contribution to increasing of performance of equipment maintenance.

The system consists of four agents: the monitoring agent (collects reports on the condition of the vehicle, handles requests from the user and displays the response), diagnostic agent (reads log files, parses the parameters of the car), forecasting agent (determines the future values of the parameters and diagnoses predicted values), the data collection agent.
