This ensures that employees that are motivated by autonomy, are able to seize opportunities, and can help the business to adapt more quickly to changes in the world. Intrapreneurs can increase business results if they have more freedom to self-manage on a daily basis. However, employees’ goals and needs have to match with business goals.
