With this paper based on that collection, I am trying to understand the relationship between exposure to natural elements in everyday life and caring for the environment in general for a young person living in Tehran.
This essay depicts the entangled knots in doing a social design project in a personal real-life e... more This essay depicts the entangled knots in doing a social design project in a personal real-life experience. The author used to be a member of “The Flying Classroom,” which is a volunteer project that brings design projects to schools and holds workshops in deprived areas of Iran. Going through a detailed report from one of these trips, she asks questions about the social responsibility of designers and the consequences of solutions they provide for wicked problems.
