Last, but not least, I'll leave you with one suggestion that may be difficult to find, but with its humble simplicity never fails to conjure a particular warmth in me, not to mention filling my imagination with dreams of a bygone era... When I was in high school I picked it up at a Target store, from one of those vaguely generic kiosk displays that you sort of expect to be stocking nothing much more than mass-produced muzak. Well, this one is an actual treasure:
