Dangerously & 911) to win the titles at 10:32 when Benoit pinned Sabu with a powerbomb off a table laid across the top turnbuckle; prior to the bout, Benoit & Malenko interviewed the Public Enemy as they were being interviewed at ringside, with the challengers assaulting both Johnny Grunge and Rocco Rock, who was confined to a wheelchair; Taz was helped backstage by 911 mid-way through the bout after sustaining an injury; after the match, Benoit cut an in-ring promo, issuing a challenge to the Public Enemy; moments later, Public Enemy returned to the ring and 911 returned Taz ringside; moments later, 911 tossed Taz onto the PE, Benoit & Malenko on the floor with Sabu then hitting a crossbody off the top to the floor; the three teams then brawled backstage as 911 twice chokeslammed the referee (ECW: Hardcore History)

Prior to the taping, Paul E. Dangerously and the Tazmaniac came out to the ring with Dangerously announcing Sabu was working a tour of Japan and had no showed his scheduled match later in the show; Dangerously then fired Sabu; featured Joey Styles interviewing ECW Tag Team Champion Chris Benoit in the ring about his tag team match later in the show, with Benoit calling Sabu a "pussy" for hiding on the other side of the world; Beniot then challenged the Tazmaniac to a fight then and there; after Dean Malenko came out to help Benoit in double teaming Taz, Rick Steiner made the save and, with Taz, cleared the ring; as Steiner, Tazmaniac, and Paul E. Dangerously celebrated in the ring, the fans chanted "Fuck Sabu" and "Paul E"
The Pitbulls (mystery opponents) defeated Tony Stetson & Johnny Hot Body at the 58-second mark when Pitbull #2 scored the pin following the Super Bomb; prior to the match, Joey Styles interviewed Raven, Stevie Richards, and the Broadstreet Bullies at ringside in which Richards told the Bullies they would have to win their match later in the show or they would be fired; Richards then introduced to Raven the Bullies' opponents, who he said would run through them and any other team, the Pitbulls; after the bout, Raven told Richards he finally succeeded, with the Pitbulls then saying they were going to win the ECW Tag Team Championship and give the belts to Raven; moments later, Richards said he had another surprise for Raven and said he had found the girl that went to summer camp with Raven and Tommy Dreamer and she was in the arena; after Raven slapped Richards, Richards told him she didn't look like she used to and introduced Beulah McGillicutty (Beulah's surprise debut)
Raven (w/ Stevie Richards & Beulah McGillicutty) pinned Tommy Dreamer at 8:44 when Beulah sprayed Dreamer in the face with hairspray, Richards hit the superkick outside the ring, and Raven followed with a DDT on the floor; Dreamer had gone out to the floor after Richards kissed Beulah, she slapped him, and he started choking her but it was shown to be a trap for Dreamer
Mikey Whipwreck defeated Ron Simmons via disqualification at 5:24 when, after twice hitting a chokeslam on Whipwreck, Simmons hit a chokeslam on the referee as the fans chanted "911;" after the bout, Simmons press slammed Whipwreck onto 911, who came ringside with Paul E. Dangerously, outside the ring; moments later, Simmons the chokeslam on 911 and left ringside; several wrestlers then came out to check on 911 but he shoved them all away before hitting chokeslams on each, eventually hitting a chokeslam on Joel Hartgood as he said over the mic, "Ron Simmons, you piece of shit. I'll fuck you up"
Eddie Guerrero pinned ECW TV Champion 2 Cold Scorpio to win the title at 14:50 with a modified victory roll; after the bout, the two men shook hands

Tsubo Genjin pinned Tony Stetson with a standing kneedrop and standing legdrop; the crowd heavily booed Genjin's offense during the match; after the bout, Genjin gave the crowd a middle finger before he was knocked to the floor and assaulted by Stetson
Ian Rotten pinned Axl Rotten in a death match at 9:03 after wrapping Axl in barbed wire and hitting him in the head with a steel chair; prior to the bout, Axl appeared with a trashcan full of weapons and asked the crowd what kind of match they wanted to see - an I Quit match, loser leaves town, leather strap, baseball bat, barbed wire baseball bat, or a Bad Breed Death Match where all the weapons in the trashcan were legal; the crowd chose the latter just before Axl was attacked from behind by Ian to begin the match
Tommy Dreamer fought Raven (w/ Stevie Richards & Beulah McGillicutty) to a no contest at 7:53 when, after dropping a DDT on Raven on the floor, Dreamer dropped an interfering Richards with the DDT inside the ring, then did the same to referee John Finnigan before dropping Beulah with a delayed piledriver and celebrating in the crowd with the fans; prior to the bout, Joey Styles interviewed Richards, with Raven and Beulah, at ringside about the history between Raven, Beulah, and Dreamer

The Sandman pinned ECW World Champion Shane Douglas (w/ Woman) to win the title at 7:52 when the challenger fell backwards on top of Douglas after Woman hit Douglas in the leg with Sandman's cane as the champion had a Crossface Chicken Wing applied; after the bout, the crowd chanted "You got fucked" and "Shane is Dead" at Douglas before Douglas put on a WWF Monday Night Raw t-shirt; moments later, Douglas grabbed the mic and told the crowd to kiss his ass before then leaving the arena through the crowd; the crowd chanted "Hey Hey Hey Goodbye" towards Douglas as Sandman and Woman celebrated in the ring
ECW Tag Team Champions Public Enemy defeated the Pitbulls (w/ Stevie Richards) at around the 17-minute mark when Rocco Rock pinned Pitbull #1 with a roll up after Johnny Grunge hit Pitbull #1 in the back of the head with one of the challengers' chains, with Pitbull #1 then hitting the corner
911 (w/ Paul E. Dangerously) pinned Ron Simmons with a chokeslam off the middle turnbuckle as Simmons attempted a superplex
Cactus Jack pinned Terry Funk at 13:01 with a DDT onto a steel chair after ECW World Champion the Sandman interfered and accidentally hit Funk with his Singapore cane after Cactus hit an initial DDT onto the chair; Mikey Whipwreck and Hack Myers attempted to make the save for Cactus at the 11:30 mark but were beaten down by Funk; after the match, Sandman assaulted Cactus with his cane and poured lighter fluid on him, with Funk then returning ringside with a flaming branding iron; Funk blew a flame into Cactus' face before prodding him out of the ring with the weapon; Cactus eventually stole it away and scared Funk away

Featured an in-ring segment by Joey Styles which was interrupted by Shane Douglas, wearing a WWF t-shirt, who admitted he was considering a contract with the WWF and he had been in talks with Vince McMahon; the crowd chanted "Shane is Dead," "Shut the Fuck Up," "We Want Flair," "Whooo," and gave the 4 Horsemen hand sign as Douglas pointed to the crowd and said "That's the reason I'm leaving;" Douglas then said he and Cactus Jack were still best friends and he and Cactus had talked on the phone about his negotiations with the WWF; he then held up the shirt he had taken off moments earlier and used that as his official announcement he was leaving; moments later, Woman appeared, with Douglas calling her the most beautiful woman he's ever seen and the biggest douchebag; Woman then slapped Douglas across the face, with Douglas then getting on his knees and saying "Thank you, ma'am, may I have another?" as she attempted to slap him a second time, Douglas grabbed her, prompting the Sandman to appear and knock Douglas to the floor; Cactus Jack then appeared, scaring Sandman out of the ring; Douglas, in the aisle, then told Styles he would give Sandman the beating of his life later in the show
Axl Rotten pinned Ian Rotten in a Taipai Death Match at 9:13 with a splash after backdropping Ian onto a pile of thumbtacks; the match originally ended at the 1:30 mark when referee Bill Alphonso stopped the bout after Ian began trickling blood from his forehead; moments later, the Gangstas and Public Enemy brawled into the aisle, with all four men and Alphonso eventually going backstage with a host of security guards and police; Tod Gordon then came out to the ring and said since Alphonso was gone the match would continue with a new referee (Bloodsport: ECW's Most Violent Matches)

Taz (w/ Bill Alphonso) defeated Koji Nakagawa at 2:38 via submission with the Tazmission; after the bout, Alphonso cut an in-ring promo saying no one in Queens or the WWF could beat Taz, with Taz saying unlike the fans he was a New Yorker that made something of himself; Taz then called Sabu a pussy and said he was hiding backstage
Hack Myers pinned JT Smith at 4:42 with a modified Pedigree off the top

Raven (w/ Stevie Richards, the Blue Meanie, & Beulah McGillicutty) pinned Tommy Dreamer at 11:31 with a DDT onto a steel chair after Dreamer fought off an interfering Richards and Meanie; prior to the bout, Richards, Meanie, and Beulah came out with Richards claiming Raven broke his leg the night before in Glenolden, PA and Dreamer would have to wrestle Meanie instead; Dreamer, after saying he knew Raven was scared and not hurt, pinned Meanie with a DDT at the 12-second mark and pinned Richards 12 seconds later following a second DDT; moments later, Dreamer grabbed Beulah and attempted to piledrive her until Raven came to the ring and attacked Dreamer from behind to start their match; the fight briefly went outside the building before continuing into the crowd; due to pre-match stipulations, Raven earned a ECW World Title shot later in the show
Bruiser Mastino pinned El Puerto Ricano at 3:12 by catching Ricano coming off the top and hitting a powerslam; after the bout, Mastino hit the powerslam twice more before 911 made the save, no sold Mastino's offense, and hit the chokeslam; Bill Alphonso then came out and shoved 911 until Tod Gordon attacked Alphonso; moments later, Taz appeared and pulled Gordon off, with 911 hitting a second chokeslam on Mastino before facing off with Taz; several wrestlers then came out to pull the two men apart
Buh Buh Ray Dudley (w/ Big Dick, Dances with Dudley, & Sign Guy Dudley) pinned the Blue Meanie (w/ Stevie Richards) at 1:07 with a splash off the top; prior to the bout, Richards told Buh Buh if he couldn't beat Meanie then he was fired from Raven's Nest; after the bout, Meanie was assaulted by all the Dudleys; moments later, Richards tried to smooth things over with the Dudleys by saying they were number 1 in Raven's Nest but they all left ringside, leaving Richards in the ring with Meanie
ECW World Champion the Sandman (w/ Woman) pinned Raven (w/ Stevie Richards & Beulah McGillicutty) at 13:16 after driving the challenger face first to the mat from the top rope; Tommy Dreamer, his head bandaged from his earlier match with Raven, interfered around the 12-minute mark by caning Sandman, Raven, and Richards and dropping Beulah with a piledriver; moments after Dreamer left ringside, Cactus Jack interfered and dropped Sandman with the double arm DDT
New Jack & Mustafa (sub. for the Heavenly Bodies; Jimmy Del Ray was still in ECW but Tom Prichard had left to become Zip in the WWF) defeated Public Enemy at 8:28 when Mustafa pinned Rocco Rock with a roll up after New Jack hit Rock with a steel chair to the face; prior to the bout, the crowd chanted "Please don't go" towards PE but after the match chanted "You sold out" before eventually applauding them (the Gangsta's surprise return)
Sabu pinned ECW Tag Team Champion Cactus Jack at 12:31 when Cactus failed a bodyslam and Sabu fell on top for the win; prior to the match, Cactus said the match would be contested under Olympic rules and brought out NCAA wrestling referee Pee Wee Moore who went through the amateur rules of the match until 911 came out, hit the chokeslam on Moore, and said he would be the referee for the contest
