Index of Chat Reference Services

Sorted by Software Used

This index is no longer being updated. For an up-to-date list, see the entry on "Chat reference libraries" in the LISwiki.

Because of the burden of trying to keep this list up to date, I will no longer be providing separate listings for each library in a digital reference collaborative or consortium. Instead, I will place a link to the main web page for the consortium. For a list of libraries that are part of a given consortium, please see the index of services by consortium. As an exception to this rule, I will include links on this software index (and on the country and library type indexes) where I am unsure if a given library is actually part of a reference consortium (i.e., partnerships where librarians from a group of libraries answer questions from the combined user populations).
