Schools Stress Character Counts Strengthening character in today's youngsters has become so popular that the program Character Counts! has been incorporated into some area elementary schools' curricula. The Character Education Program is included at Wayne, Wintersville and Hills elementary schools in the Indian Creek Local School District, and staff members and pupils there celebrated National Character Counts Week last week. read more |
