First arrived 13 July, 2006, when he surprised older brother Marlon by turning up unannounced. It was clear that Eli had got Marlon in a lot of trouble in the past and he wasn’t too happy to see his brother return.

Memorable scene Eli's heroic work when the King show home collapsed, getting naked with Chas and accidentally shooting Marlon when the armed robbery went wrong.

About the actor Joseph Gilgun trained at the Laine Johnson Theatre School and Oldham Theatre Workshop. He starred in Coronation Street as Jamie Armstrong from 1994-1997 and has appeared on TV in Sorted, Shameless and Big Dippers. He also stars in the feature film This Is England.
