Cash Turnstiles
From time to time cash turnstiles will operate at selected matches. These are usually friendlies, cup games, or B & C grade league matches at which a number of tickets remain unsold in advance of the day of the game.

You can call in advance on matchday to check if tickets remain available or if cash turnstiles will be in operation. Telephone either 0843 208 1234 (option 3) or 0843 208 1222 (option 4) for assistance.

Stewards located on Stevenage Road will be able to guide you to the nearest Cash Turnstile.

Credit or debit cards cannot be used to make payments at the turnstile.

Collection Point (for tickets)
Pre-booked tickets which are held for collection are available on matchdays from the white, mobile kiosks that stand just outside the Ticket Office in the Johnny Haynes Stand.

The Collection kiosks open 2 hours prior to kick-off. Please bring either a printed copy of your email booking confirmation or alternatively a note of the Booking Reference Number. You may also be asked to verify the name and postal address linked to the original booking.

The Collection kiosks remain open right up until kick-off but we would advise arriving not later than 45 mins prior to the start of the game.

No match tickets are sold from the Collection Kiosks.

Damaged / Defective Tickets
From time to time paper match tickets or Access Cards will not scan properly at the turnstile. This is usually caused by wet weather or damage to the barcode on the paper ticket, or chip in the Access Card.

The barcode in the ticket may also have been deactivated if the booking has been cancelled, or if the Club have information that the ticket was illegally resold.

If a red light flashes on the turnstile indicator this means that your ticket or card has not been accepted. Please return to the Ticket Office for further assistance.

Double Bookings If you find another supporter in your allocated seat and are unable to resolve the situation amicably then you should make contact with the nearest available Steward. You may be required to show your own paper match ticket or access card to establish proof of purchase.

Where tickets have been uploaded onto Membership Cards it is always useful to bring a printed copy of your email confirmation, or alternatively a note of the location of your allocated seat.

Season Ticket Holders should note that the seat allocated to them for league games will only be automatically allocated for cup matches if they have enrolled in the Home Cup Tie scheme.
