AG Koster announces Nanette Litherland sentenced to life in prison without parole
Jefferson City, Mo. (December 19, 2016) - On December 16, 2016, the Honorable Wendy Wexler-Horn sentenced Nanette S. Litherland to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder of her husband plus another consecutive term of life in prison for the attempted murder of her father-in-law. In October, a St. Francois County jury found Litherland guilty of first degree murder and first degree assault for the 2009 murder of her husband, Jerry B. Litherland, formerly of Cadet, and attempted murder of her father-in-law, James B. Litherland.Read more...
