雅安藏茶不影响睡眠与咖啡碱含量的关系研究 (original) (raw)
摘要: 雅安藏茶属于黑茶类,具有兴奋性低、不影响睡眠的特点,咖啡碱是茶叶中主要的生物碱,具有兴奋神经中枢的作用。该研究以20个雅安藏茶样品为实验材料,以其它产地的黑茶及其它茶类为对照,运用高效液相色谱法测定咖啡碱的含量,探讨了雅安藏茶不影响睡眠与其咖啡碱含量的关系。结果表明,20个雅安藏茶样品的咖啡碱含量范围为1.99%~3.64%,含量平均值为2.88%,除青茶外其他茶类的咖啡碱含量平均值在3.46%~4.00%之间,说明与其它茶类相比,雅安藏茶的咖啡碱含量处于较低水平;而不同产地黑茶的咖啡碱含量也有差异,其中广西六堡茶的咖啡碱含量平均值最高,云南普洱熟茶次之,雅安藏茶的咖啡碱含量平均值居于第三位,含量最低的为方包茶。分析雅安藏茶不影响睡眠的原因可能有:雅安藏茶原料的成熟度高,因此成品茶的咖啡碱含量较低;雅安藏茶的特殊制作工艺可能使咖啡碱含量降低;推测雅安藏茶中结合咖啡碱的含量较高。该研究可为雅安藏茶不影响睡眠的机理研究和质量控制提供参考。

Abstract: Ya'an Tibetan tea is a kind of dark tea. It was reported that Ya'an Tibetan tea had less alerted effects and does not affect people'sleep. Caffeine is the major alkaloid in tea and acts as a central nervous system stimulant.Therefore,20 Ya'an Tibetan tea samples had been taken as study materials,and the dark tea samples from other regions of China and other types of Chinese traditional teas had been taken as contrast materials.Using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method for different samples of tea to detect the content of caffeine.It had discussed that the relationship between Ya'an Tibetan tea does not affect people'sleep and the caffeine content.Results showed that the caffeine contents range of 20 Ya'an Tibetan tea samples were 1.99% ~3.64%,and the average content was 2.88%. The caffeine contents range of other types of Chinese traditional tea samples except oolong tea were 3.46% ~ 4.00%,and it showed that the caffeine content of Ya'an Tibetan tea samples were at low level.There was difference about the content of caffeine in dark tea among different regions of China.Results showed that the order of average caffeine contents was Liu Pao tea > Puerh ripe tea > Ya'an Tibetan tea,the caffeine content of Fangbao tea was the lowest.The main reasons that Ya'an Tibetan tea does not affect people'sleep were as follows: the material maturity of Ya'an Tibetan tea was higher,and the caffeine content of manufactured Ya'an Tibetan tea was lower. The caffeine content could be reduced by the special manufacturing process of Ya'an Tibetan tea.It could speculate that the content of combined caffeine was high in Ya'an Tibetan tea.The results wouldl provide helpful information for the quality controls and the study on the mechanism of the Ya'an Tibetan tea did not affect people'sleep.
