Lol, no, bananas make you break out. Or make your breakouts worse. They dont really make you fluffy that much.

i didn't know about the breaking out part, but they're the most eaten fruit with the bad kind of carbs and sugar that makes your blood sugar jump like crazy :x like a banana every other or every two days is good, but every day makes your body go nuts :O

I need one every other day cuz my muscles like to cramp, and they're wonderful for relieving stress on your muscles. And yea, they jump your blood sugar. :\ Ah well. Try frozen veggies maybe? I'm going to test my frozen blueberries tommorow now that I've consumed all the fresh fruit in teh house.

Yeah, they have health benefits though. They will not make you put on weight though, unless you eat a ton! but wont help you lose it either! I like your idea of adding oats and stuff though. should work!

take care!

I substitute apple slices for bananas. I get the "crunch packs" from the Publix grocery store. They have added calcium and vitamin C, good for weight loss, and have one the lowest GIs for fruit because they are FULL of dietary fiber. :)
