Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as one of the nation's economic pillars are facing m... more Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as one of the nation's economic pillars are facing major challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic and inevitable technological advances. The MSME Center assisted by the Bandung Chamber of Commerce is one of the parties affected by the Covid-19 wave that has hit the world and the rising of an online marketplace. The pandemic has forced the MSME actors have limitations in marketing their products due to the closure of tourist attractions where their products are directly marketed. The limited knowledge about technological advances makes it difficult for MSME actors to expand their market share. In order to encourage MSME actors assisted by KADIN to rise, survive and be more advanced, a breakthrough is needed in the marketing of MSME products by utilizing technological advances through providing training in the form of marketing digitalization applications for packaging and branding, risk management, and product quality. By providing this training, MSME actors have additional knowledge that triggers creative ways of thinking in marketing their products digitally. It can be said that this training had a very big impact so it would be better if it was done regularly.

Several dominant behaviors appear in generally. This is what will be the reference material for research, whether this behavior also appears in the tourism industry at different geographical locations, or is there any other behavior found from the results of this research. This will be tested through the variables that are used as research tool, using travel intentions, digital marketing, and tourist's perceived risks. Along with changes in the behavior of Indonesian people in consuming drinking water, refill drink... more Along with changes in the behavior of Indonesian people in consuming drinking water, refill drinking water depots (DAMIU) have sprung up like mushrooms in the rainy season. In the midst of quite fierce competition between business actors, Drinking water refill depot (DAMIU). The Corona 19 pandemic has hit Indonesia, this condition has an impact on Refill Depot (DAMIU) business actors. Where consumers are now more careful in buying and consuming products. This is because consumers are afraid of contracting Covid 19 through the products they use/consume. Research is done with the aim to determine the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty on Depot Water Refill in the city of Bandung. The method in this research is the descriptive-verificative method. P Collecting data is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers Depor Air recharging. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 25.0. The results of this research show that partially variable product quality is more influential to Customer Loyalty, rather than variable Service Quality and Price. While the simultaneous results of product quality, service quality, and price together have more influence on customer loyalty compared to partial results. During the new normal era, purchasing power tends to decrease and has not returned to the time be... more During the new normal era, purchasing power tends to decrease and has not returned to the time before the Covid-19 pandemic emerged. Consumer behavior also changes and this causes changes in the business world. Uncertainty during this crisis made consumers need to be more careful in taking action during the new normal period like today. Consumers are more selective in shopping and prefer to save their funds due to fears of tightening liquidity in financial markets. When the new normal phase takes place, competition between business actors is certainly getting tighter with unstable economic market conditions. Purchasing power has not returned to normal, the value of assets automatically decreases. In these conditions, hard work alone is not enough. All are required to innovate as a way out to return to normal. Because without innovation, it will be difficult to make products that are able to create markets, and make breakthroughs that can provide business benefits. In innovation, the ability to use existing data is needed to turn the current transition period into business profits. Innovation can be in the form of creating quality products at low costs, or creating simple but effective marketing or sales strategies. Innovation is not only limited to business strategy, but also the physical form of the product itself. Therefore, the MSMEs in Bandung are required to to carry out business development by Product Innovation in order to increase their sellers. So that the business can survive and thrive. In an effort to help the MSMEs in the city of Bandung to develop business in order to increase sales of their products. In order to do so, teams of lecturer of Widyatama University provided assistance by explaining and providing examples of business development by Product Innovation. It takes strong mentality to be able to continue being entrepreneurial in the midst of the current crisis conditions. Students are young people who are synonymous with imagination, creative, fast, instantaneous and have lots of ideas. Moreover, students who are familiar with entrepreneurship. Students are also technology literate people, including information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to have the role of lecturers who can really open students' insights or thinking horizons. Using research and research results to be able to pave the way for young entrepreneurs to create new innovations, solve problems or to predict conditions that will occur in the future, and so on. Methodology/Technique-Questionnaire used for the data collection in this study. The sampling method is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The population is all the Marketing students' year 2012, and the calculated sampling is 100 respondents Findings-From the analysis and explanation using SEM, it is found that Innovation Capability and CRM have a big influence towards young entrepreneurs. Those variables also stimulate them to sharpen their business intuition. Novelty-The study proves importance of Innovation Capability and CRM on development of entrepreneurs.

The presence of the Covid 19 virus outbreak provides valuable lessons for all sectors, including ... more The presence of the Covid 19 virus outbreak provides valuable lessons for all sectors, including the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In an effort to prepare all sectors including MSMEs in facing the crisis, so that they can survive. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training and the application of BCP on the resilience of MSME businesses in the city of Bandung. The research was conducted on 150 MSMEs in Bandung City. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs. The data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 25.0. From the results of data processing, it was found that BCP making training had an effect on MSME Business Resilience in Bandung City. The application of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) has an effect on MSME business resilience. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test of BCP manufacturing and application training have an effect on MSME business resilience. This means that the training and implementation of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is very influential on the resilience of MSME businesses in the city of Bandung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hasil analisis pengaruh brand preferenc... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hasil analisis pengaruh brand preferences dan product attributes, yang mengimplementasikan green marketing, secara simultan dan parsial terhadap volume penjualan Low-Cost Green Car (LGCC). Populasi dari penelitian adalah pembeli mobil Brio Satya di dealer PT. Imperial Putra Perdana, Bandung dengan total sampel sebanyak 110 orang responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analisys). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand preferences dan product attributes secara parsial dan bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan LCGC.

The main purpose of this research is to design a strategy to increase the competitiveness of loca... more The main purpose of this research is to design a strategy to increase the competitiveness of local products in Garut Regency in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in global competition. The strategy stage begins with identifying the environment faced by local products (controlled and uncontrolled) and identifying the main sources of the product environment (internal and external) in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in global competition. This research method is a descriptive qualitative analysis by conducting field surveys, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The unit of analysis for this study is Garut Regency's locally superior products that are believed to be able to compete in global competition during the Covid-19 pandemic. The strategy formulation focuses on two main factors, namely, the product environment and policies of the central and local governments facing global competition during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the research study concluded that increasing the competitiveness of local products in Garut Regency in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in global competition certainly requires effort, and hard work, as well as concrete steps from all parties, both business actors and the government, one of which is by inviting people in Garut Regency in particular, as well as the Indonesian people, in general, to love and use local products made by the people themselves. The goal is that local products are in demand by the public and are widely known at the regional, national and international levels. These local products will be able to compete in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic with products from abroad. The purpose of this case study was to explore the issues involved in implementing a technology-en... more The purpose of this case study was to explore the issues involved in implementing a technology-enhanced student centered unit in order to provide recommendations to improve and enhance these types of learning activities. Specifically, the study examined problems students encountered in completing the unit activities, problems the teacher encountered in facilitating the delivery of the unit to her students, and strategies to improve and enhance these types of learning activities. Results of this study from SWOT analysis revealed that a variety of factors impact the success or failure of student-centered activities, including student orientation to the unit problem, student collaboration, teacher management strategies, and student accountability mechanisms.

The research population was the Brio Satya car buyers at the PT. Imperial Putra Perdana, Bandung, with a total sample of 110 respondents. The sample was taken using a random sampling technique. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results showed that the variable brand preferences and product attribute partially and simultaneously significantly affected LCGC sales volume. Kota Bunga should continue to attract consumer interest, while the phenomenon is occurring among residential villas (resort) have become one of the main options, home prices tend to be fantastic that declining interest, image, public now see that villa has been not trends again, villa has a peak in the region in terms of traffic barriers that is traffic jam.This research aims to determine the promotion mix includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing in Kota Bunga, knowing the company's image in Kota Bunga determine the influence of promotion mix includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing for the company's image in Kota Bunga either partially or simultan.Data collected in the field conducted in 2012. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results showed that the five dimensions of promotion mix consists of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing together (simultaneously) significantly affect the company's image in Kota Bunga. The company's image can be perceived well by the owners of the villa with a coefficient of determination of 70.80%.

Specifically, the study examined problems students encountered in completing the unit activities, problems the teacher encountered in facilitating the delivery of the unit to her students, and strategies to improve and enhance these types of learning activities. Results of this study from SWOT analysis revealed that a variety of factors impact the success or failure of student-centered activities, including student orientation to the unit problem, student collaboration, teacher management strategies, and student accountability mechanisms.

The research population was the Brio Satya car buyers at the PT. Imperial Putra Perdana, Bandung, with a total sample of 110 respondents. The sample was taken using a random sampling technique. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results showed that the variable brand preferences and product attribute partially and simultaneously significantly affected LCGC sales volume. Kota Bunga should continue to attract consumer interest, while the phenomenon is occurring among residential villas (resort) have become one of the main options, home prices tend to be fantastic that declining interest, image, public now see that villa has been not trends again, villa has a peak in the region in terms of traffic barriers that is traffic jam.This research aims to determine the promotion mix includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing in Kota Bunga, knowing the company's image in Kota Bunga determine the influence of promotion mix includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing for the company's image in Kota Bunga either partially or simultan.Data collected in the field conducted in 2012. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results showed that the five dimensions of promotion mix consists of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing together (simultaneously) significantly affect the company's image in Kota Bunga. The company's image can be perceived well by the owners of the villa with a coefficient of determination of 70.80%.
