Investment, labor and government expenditure are important component for sustainable economic dev... more Investment, labor and government expenditure are important component for sustainable economic development process. This research aims is to analyze the effect of investment, labor, and government expenditure on Economic Growth in East Java Province. The hypotheses in this research is the investment, labor and government expenditure have influenced positive and significantly to the economic growth. Base on the data analysis, hypotheses is really accepted. This research shows that variable investment, labor and government expenditure have influence positive and significantly on economic growth. This indicates that three variables (investment, labor and government expenditure) have give contribution on economic growth is positively. This means if investment, labor and government expenditure are increasing because of grow up in economic growth in East Java Province. It is recommended that to increase economic growth of East Java Province, a police is needed to motivate all parties to make investment to this province. The effort to increase investment should be focused on activities that involve many workers. Therefore, it is recommended that to increase economic growth of East Java Province use to a police for motivate all parties to make investment, increase to labor quality and be careful to use a government expenditure.

Salah satu desa di Kabupaten Nganjuk yang membudidayakan tanaman buah naga adalah desa Baron. Komunitas Tani Buah Naga (Kotanaga) adalah salah satu komunitas petani buah naga yang ada di desa Baron tersebut. Harga jual buah naga pada saat panen raya akan mengalami penurunan harga yang drastis di lokasi tanam, yaitu mulai Rp 2.000 sampai dengan Rp 3.000 per kilogramnya. These are job achievement (Eigenvalue 3.900), experience (Eigenvalue 1.471), and physical and mental health (Eigenvalue 1.405). Reviews of these three reveal that job achievement is to be considered by having the highest Eigenvalue. The research recommends the above three factors: job achievement, experience, physical and mental health the most important in placing employees within structural official policy in Mataram University.

The research objective is to analyze the Cooperative's financial performance by using Financial Ratio and analysis financial statements. The analytical method used is the comparative method of Financial Ratios , Trend analysis and Common Size. The sampling technique uses systematic sampling. The results showed that 1) From the calculation of the ratio analysis used, the third ratio analysis, namely Liquidity, Profitability, Solvency and Activity showed an unfavorable condition. 2) From the Trend analysis shows that the trend tends to fluctuate up or down. 3) From the Common Size analysis, it shows that the items of assets, liabilities and capital provide figures that are less comparable or can be said to be unhealthy, because the amount of liabilities is greater than assets and capital. The problems are: 1) Former TKW are mostly unemployed, 2) Former TKW mostly do not have independent businesses. The specific purpose of the research is to produce a policy recommendation on the empowerment of former TKW. The data collection method uses PAR and FGD. The method of analysis uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that: 1) There is no of data on the of former TKW at the district, sub-district and village levels, 2) 80% of respondents were productive (30 - 50 years), had never received training from the district government, used their work to improve their homes, buy cattle, rice fields and motorized vehicles, do not have an independent business, have no fixed income; 3) Providing training and capital can increase income and reduce poverty; 4) There is a great need for policies that touch and siding with former TKW.

This study explores the reasons behind the high frequency of homonym words in languages, despite ... more This study explores the reasons behind the high frequency of homonym words in languages, despite their lack of semantic relationships. Additionally, it survey how it does not contradict language optimality to have a significant amount of homonyms with no semantic relationship between them. The study is based on the Natural Theory of Language and Embodied Simulation Theory. Its goal is to illustrate the gap between linguistics and neurological studies. Moreover, its findings suggest that linguistics can pave the way for deeper neural studies. The study puts forward the hypothesis of Schematic Motional Imageries (SMI). Each SMI works as a framework for structuring different concepts with a single form. Each SMI contains a linguistic form and imagery, these present as generalizations of different conceptual mappings, based on special body movements. Once these SMI emerge in a language they are a frame to create both concrete and abstract concepts with identical or related linguistic forms. SMI provides findings in favor of the Neural Reuse Theory. Accordingly, it suggests that SMIs can interfere with neural activation of the motor cortex areas in task-based experiments. Finally, the presence of different SMIs in languages displays the role of social cognition and historical backgrounds of different societies, suggesting a similarity in distinctive aspects of common actions.

Each SMI contains a linguistic form and imagery, these present as generalizations of different conceptual mappings, based on special body movements. Once these SMI emerge in a language they are a frame to create both concrete and abstract concepts with identical or related linguistic forms. SMI provides findings in favor of the Neural Reuse Theory. Accordingly, it suggests that SMIs can interfere with neural activation of the motor cortex areas in task-based experiments. Finally, the presence of different SMIs in languages displays the role of social cognition and historical backgrounds of different societies, suggesting a similarity in distinctive aspects of common actions.
