It is vital for our planet and each of our lives to take care of EC principles. In this process, the business sector plays a leading role. This process is challenging and requires understanding circular economy principles first, after analyzing linear business models and comparing them to the CBM (Circular Economy Business Model). Based on these, it will be easier for businesses to adopt any of them. At the same time has been analysed pre- and post-pandemic periods. Also, the paper provides opinions about the ways how to mitigate and avoid impact on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) caused by pandemics, which might reoccur in the future. The importance of SMEs in the world and Georgian economy has been estimated in terms of added value, GDP, turnover, manufacturing products, and working place formation. It has been concluded that SMEs can handle some minor and short-term issues by themselves with the elaboration of the business continuity plan and crisis management scenarios, but these still are needed the active involvement of state aid. The work deals with the need to substantiate topicality of research of grocery market and key dir... more The work deals with the need to substantiate topicality of research of grocery market and key directions of development of agriculture. The conclusion is made which states that the level of productivity in Georgian agriculture is low. Based on the analysis, causes of low productivity of the industry and low level of development of grocery markets is assessed: low level of competitiveness of agricultural products, impediments for Georgian products to enter grocery markets, underdeveloped grocery supply chain, absence of usage of modern technologies and technological opportunities in agricultural sector, small share in the budget for funding agriculture, incomplete and ambiguous regulatory laws, low level of compatibility with legislation of international markets, underdeveloped system of insurance in agriculture etc. Strengths and weaknesses of development of Georgian agriculture are revealed through SWOT analysis, as well as opportunities and threats. Factors of low pace in development of agriculture and limited opportunities for farmers on grocery markets are determined by the "quality of urgency-impact" matrix, by using the scheme of priorities, needs of priority development of agriculture are revealed. Conclusions and recommendations are suggested as a result of the research concerning current challenges of grocery markets and needs of priority development of Georgian agriculture.

The importance of clusters in the innovative development process of the region is shown. Based on the analysis of European transport-logistics clusters and the world clustered principles in general, the need for creation of territorial transport-logistics clusters in the region are substantiated and a strategic algorithm for their gradual formation and development are presented. Clusters as an organizational model of an ecosystem network are analyzed and the role, place and meaning of key players participating in it are highlighted. Has been estimated the importance of regional development programs and strategies as the settlement of the economic and social issues, provided proof of their role in the effective development of regional economic policy. Has been determined the concentration level of economic activity by regions using distribution index to estimate equal development of regions. Has been made the conclusion that none of the regions of Georgia is notably specialized. The concentration level of business sectors in regions is substantiated by the distribution curve. Nowadays, different types of conflicts are identified in organizations, the reasons of which are based on the relationships within the organization. Society may become witness of changes at any moment. These changes penetrate organizations with different scale. However, we must admit that the conflict management process undertaken by different managers can have both positive and negative consequences. There is a great variety of scientific literature from foreign and Georgian researchers.However, if we consider that society is constantly facing new challenges and changes in today's multicultural environment, this issue is continuously in need of control and the search for new solutions. That is why research on this issue is always actual. The main purpose is to show how important conflict management is for achieving organizational effectiveness, how it affects employees' attitudes and working processes, how conflict is perceived. And most importantly, we discuss the causes of organizational conflict and its constituents. All of this is aimed at finding and developing modern organizational conflict management mechanisms.

In the light of modern development, it is obvious that improving the quality of service and gaining public trust is impossible without motivating employees, evaluating their performance, clearly defining duties and building an organizational culture. It should bo noted that Georgian companies lack well-defined human resource management policy. Moreover, in most cases it is limited to administrative procedures and is considered as an operational activity, despite the fact that everyone understands the importance of each employee in achieving organizational success. Among the various ways to achieve organizational goals, one of the most important is to increase employee motivation.
Increasing employee productivity depends on proper choice of the form of motivation and its wise use. If a manager meets the expectations of all employees, in this case, employee motivation increases. which means that the level of employee satisfaction is high and the organizational goal will be fully achieved. All of the above and other important issues are researched and scientifically analyzed in this paper.
