how to Immediate logout? (original) (raw)

• Hi
  I use to Log Out Shortcode plugin
  use to shortcode on menu
  menu name is “logout”
  click to logout menu , appear “logout”
  want to logout immediately after logout menu click(menu mapping -> shortcode)
  Is there any way to modify it?

• Hi @purityboy83 ,
  If you use the [logout] shortcode in a menu, then users should get a “1 click” logout process that logs them out and redirects them to the WordPress login screen.
  The [logout_to_current] shortcode should log them out and redirect them back to the current page.
  To do it, I added a Custom Link to my menu, with:
  URL: #
  Link Text: [logout_to_current]

    I created a page and used the shortcode(page in shortcode)
    In your answer, I changed the shortcode to use directly from the menu
    (I installed to “shortcode use menu” plugin)
    I registered and used the shortcode right in the menu.
    I confirmed that I can log out immediately.
