WPBSA SnookerScores is the official tournament management system for amateur snooker as developed by snooker’s world governing body.
First launched in 2019, SnookerScores forms an integral part of our long-term strategy to coordinate amateur snooker around the globe.
The system has been successfully used for prestigious tournaments including the WPBSA Q Tour, WST Asia Q School, the World Snooker Federation Championship, the World Women’s Snooker Championship, the World Disability Billiards and Snooker Championship, the World Seniors Snooker Championship and many more.
Key functions provided by the system include the following:
- Ability to run an event from start to finish including:
- Player entry, including payment and membership options
- Automatic and manual draws for group/knockout stages
- Match scheduling
- Printable match sheets
- Online practice booking facility
- Live scoring, via web browser and our exclusive Android app with official remote control
- Entry of match results and automated draw updates
- Generation of ranking lists, or import functionality
- Player and referee account support
- Additional features include support for live streaming with a live scoring Broadcast overlay for use with streaming software.
- Ability to analyse tournaments with a dedicated Statistics Dashboard for your organisation
- Added support for English Billiards tournaments
The project has been developed by the WPBSA, together with renowned snooker statistician and web developer Ron Florax, known within the snooker community for his work on the ‘CueTracker’ website which is the world’s leading independent snooker results and statistics database.
SnookerScores remains an ongoing development with additional support and functionality to be added on a regular basis.
