The notes hand written-in are mine, my comments are formed after reading Holmes & Holmes "Analysi... more The notes hand written-in are mine, my comments are formed after reading Holmes & Holmes "Analysis of the Crime Scene" (2008 or read the pdf with my handwritten notes regarding a case study preceding the Meredith Kercher murder whence the stage was set over a long period of time and seems to involve also a heightened sense for the perpetrator to be recognized for his "true self" by the victim stalked prior to the entry into the crime scene. Reading this article then helped me develop the descriptive theory to a predictive testable theory to trigger behaviours in a serial activity prototype. I posted the article since the primary author died and he never posted it, his brother co-author is alive though inaccessible since as a federal advisor to the system covering up the major retired involved any communication from me would be prosecuted as retaliation. I want it up for a later discussion on fractured personality in a predictive theory of violent behavior. The notes are based on my own situation where a family member, very organized, and using our uncle, used the catholic members and the catholic university he and I both graduated from, to stalk and eventually assault - though his mind was so disoriented in his primitive catholic homophobia he assaulted another student, a woman, who resembled me - since it involves homophobia in Italy the case dismissed him from the case as “homophobia”/CRIME OF PASSION and convicted a non white as the scapegoat. Unfortunately feminicide is not usually punished particularly if fraticide or attempted fraticide is involved. The legal term omitting his identity in the case is “ignoto” in a competition to ‘kill’ sexually the man in a woman, a lesbian, thus clearly feminicide and homophobia in a mistaken identity attempt to fraticide, common among military. He retired as a major, felt inadequate fitting into civil society and inadequate compared to his ambitious wife a PhD in microbiology and flirtatious, the stressors such as jealousy and possessiveness are common in these military veterans' related cases. A common acquaintance, a woman general, signaled his problem at a family dinner. The military and veterans' administration usually covers up fraticide cases and clearly blames the targeted victim, myself, if a woman. (Stevenson, 1997, p. 2083) This case study attempts to profitably and marketably answer Ian Stevenson, MD's question, how can "mental images have extension" (Stevenson, 1997, p. 2083), by furthering the application of frame analysis in the fields of communication identity studies and reincarnation studies (Andsager, 2000, 2001, Drzewiecka, 1999, Goffman, 1963, Goffman, 1959, Stein, 2004, Stevenson, 1997, & Zick, et al, 2008). The Lamarckian behavioral evolution matrix of prejudice, a discriminating selection between two or more signals (Lang, 2009), is investigated as conscious repression of previous life memories of the self (Stevenson, 1997). Through retro-active analysis of three lifetimes, the Author and research director, Silvia Stein, tests for the null hypothesis, photo documents (frames), and identifies consistent Lamarckian evolutionary transition patterns indicating a mirror imaging, including audio mirroring, process in self-visualization and self-realization processes (Ayers & Hopf, 1987, Iacoboni, et al, 2005, Steele, et al, 1998 & Stevenson, 1997), pitting one's prejudices (Allport, 1958, Glock & Stark, 1963, & Zick, et al, 2008), against a new signal (Lang, 2009): their new concept of self. The result, according to Carl Jung (1990), is that a subject's schizophrenic episode might be an essential step in individuation, based on a rupture of their plausibility structure of personality (Stevenson, 1997, Zelazo, et al, 2007, & Zick, et al, 2008), followed by a quantum decoherence, otherwise known in communication studies as cognitive dissonance (O'Keefe, 2009), and then a higher consciousness, which is known as quantum decohesion. This process, in communication studies, seems to verify Jung's assertion that schizophrenic symptoms are part of the individuation process (Jung, 1990), Lang's (2009) motivated limited capacity model, and the Roger Penrose conjecture (Kurzweil, 2000).

Want to speed up your decision making with accuracy while masking and controlling your emotions? ... more Want to speed up your decision making with accuracy while masking and controlling your emotions? Electrical stimulation (tDCS) has been tested and used by Department of Defense to improve skills in crisis conditions and in physiological studies, my area, to improve mental capacity and motor skills for persons laking motivation or who have suffered some level of neural, not always by stroke, impairment such as myself after a c-5 through c-8 spinal injury. This article I invite you to read is not mine, just the notes on it are written by me. Though, since the article is not already on Researchgate nor academia.edu I am for this discussion posting it. If academia.edu can get the authors to post it I shall gladly remove this version with my notes. This really groundbreaking research clarifies that although for motor skills tDCS sessions using a higher voltage level of 2.0 mA for 20 or more minutes is desirable, for executive level (decision making) functions tDCS sessions using a lower voltage level of 0.7 or 1.0 for 13 or 20 minutes suffice, though not performed consecutively. Some studies also reveal that improvement can be measured after 24 hours, allowing for neurocognitive consolidation after the stimulation to measure performance improvements. “[E]stablished measures of executive function” are artificial number representation requiring spatial, imagination, and visual processes, verbal and nonverbal language performances, and the ability to effectively retrieve and produce information (working memory). tDCS device I use is at https://lnkd.in/d6mB393P

To protect our own respective human rights to exist (El-Dahabi, 2002) we must consider looking at recent deaths resulting from rituals at Mecca as reinforcing conditions for their potential not to accommodate individuals (Brady, 2005, Zahavi & Zahavi, 1997) in the reinforcement of mob aggression disinhibition. (Bandura, 1994, Gerbner et al, 1994). Interim coping strategies critically demanding of both Islam and Roman Catholic ritual are offered. (Stein, 2002). The proposal's discussion of the Koran is limited to identifying the target objects. Further discussion of the Koran would distract us from the imposing threat and how to study and address the role of the conditioning rituals adopted from Rome's military psyche imprintation training.

L'enfasi sugli stati mentali può lavorare al vantaggio delle donne e dei gruppi emarginati, poiché gli stati sono puramente mentali, trattando il genere come uno strumento per un obiettivo. In tali casi di enfasi sul corpo come strumento, come nella virilità, nella corposità o nel candore, dobbiamo discernere in che modo lo "strumento" soddisfa i propri obiettivi intrapersonali, quest’è con rispetto al’altruismo che riguarda il mantenimento delle relazioni interpersonali sul luogo lavorativo (Holt & DeVore, 2005). Il modello macro a micro di uno stato mentale, come il variabile moderante, descrive il modello macro al livello superficiale di stati alterati, chiamati sovrapposizioni quantistiche (Gao, 2015), come parte della ricerca interiore per informazione dal soggetto (Tidwell & Sias, 2005). This article emphasizes the importance of states in testing for information seeking and leadershi... more This article emphasizes the importance of states in testing for information seeking and leadership style (Tidwell & Sias, 2005). Emphasis on states can work to the advantage of women and marginalized groups since states are purely mental, treating gender as a tool to a goal. In such cases of emphasis on the body as a tool, as in maleness, able-bodiedness, or whiteness we must discern how the ‘tool’ satisfies its own intrapersonal goals versus altruistic concern for maintaining interpersonal relationships in the workplace (Holt & DeVore, 2005). Macro to micro model of a state as a moderating variable describes the overall macro pattern of altered states, called quantum superpositions (Gao, 2015), as part of information seeking (Tidwell & Sias, 2005). Micro explains WHY the macro patterns occur based on micro visual or audio triggers in keying onto a salient feature, which then frames the quantum superposition experience in Lacanian analysis of the role of visuals and the subconscious motivation (Drzewiecka, 2014, Gao, 2015, Stein, 2017, & 2019). Personality as a predictor of leadership style is based on concepts of personality as unchanging or limited, yet no one has explained WHY altered states of quantum superposition are triggered in altering leadership style (Gao, 2015, & Tidwell & Sias, 2005) as part of closure (Kościelniak, Rydzewska, & Sedek, 2016). A topographic model, with a micro model explaining the visual, auditory or somatic trigger of behavior, reacting towards, avoiding, or countering the effects or direction of the trigger is offered illustrating a descriptive mental space personality extension model moderating relationships in conflict management.

This work has applications for the training and implications also for valuable immersed journalis... more This work has applications for the training and implications also for valuable immersed journalists, and their right to defend themselves with an armed weapon, particularly photojournalists in crisis or conflict zones, in investigating and reporting of issues during and after the observation stage. The journalist, even caught in the passion of photojournalism, I argue, is more valuable than a mounted surveillance camera or a drone. As journalists/scientists we are personally, and physically, assaulted, we are natural attractors of otherwise latent violent prejudices by persons who fear us interpreting for ourselves and reporting accurately events, and our work is criticized as 'subjective' (Gao, 2015). An “observer in a quantum superposition or a quantum observer has a definite conscious experience, which is neither disjunctive nor illusive” (Gao, 2015). Photography in reporting can verify the perception of the observer, the journalist. A “mental property is whether or not the observer is consciously aware of a definite record after the measurement” (Gao, 2015) and photographs offer an empirical measure verifying the observer’s self-report of the experience (Stein, 2017).

In the 19th century the Italian from the Two Sicilies, Joseph M. Cataldo, recreated the hunting lodge of Capodimonte in Washington state, as a university level Academy. I invite you in collaboration to develop an Italian project in the United States involving Capodimonte and Saint Michael mission restoration under the Ministry of cultural heritage and tourism. The Mount Saint Michael Rome, Italy authorized Mission to educate the indigenous Spokane Tribe (Children of the Sun) and European immigrant community in eastern Washington project will preserve the five historic structures at Mount Saint Michael Academy, which is fully operational as an elementary, middle and high school Academy instructing students in the Classics. The Academy offers room and board for its female students and houses the Faculty, many of whom are Latin Rite Religious women. The Academy houses a Baroque style Latin Rite Chapel with stain glass windows of religious significance, Museum and valuable art work that is historically significant, a full academic library, a full kitchen preparing full meals for the Academic population, and a dining hall with a theatre stage for dramatic plays and musicals. Later the project, under the supervision of the Academy, shall assist the Italian Ministry of Culture with restoration and maintenance of the later evolved structures that were part of the original Mission for the Academy. The outlaying region includes Gonzaga University and the Lourdes Cathedral, all of whom are in the National Historic Register and State Historic register, with supplemental funding to preserve the historical sites and associated monuments of previous sites. The buildings were constructed in the early 1900s-1930s by the Mission directive authorized by Rome, Italy. The Mount Saint Michael Academy buildings (pictured left and right below) represent the rustic characteristics of the hunting lodge style castle structures utilized by the House of Bourbon of the Two Sicilies (Sicily and Campania pictured in the centre below) in Naples, specifically the Palace of Capodimonte

Differenze in stile di comando tra donne e uomini sono spesso spiegate biologicamente, eppure i risultati on-line in psicologia lavorativa non giustificano un razionalismo biologico (). Invece io offro’ un modello, basato su industrie familiali, visuale dell'estensione dello spazio mentale moderando relazioni lavorative, e di conflitto, e’ emerso dall’inchiesta. La discussione qualitativa s’inserisce nell'ambito dei conflitti e nel ruolo della personalità, giustizià, sicurezza, stigma, e I ruoli economici Europei della Polonia e l’Italia.

Abstract

Biological-based factors are used to explain leadership differences between women and men yet on-line data does not support this approach (Koscielniak, 2019). Instead a topographic model, based on family style businesses, is offered illustrating a descriptive personality, mental space extension, model moderating relationships of gender and conflict management. Described from a qualitative perspective, the discussion is framed within conflict management and personality research objectives, justice climate, security, stigma, Poland’s and Italy’s central economic role in Europe.

In this paper I deconstruct the research of Ayers and Hopf (1987) on Communication Apprehension, ... more In this paper I deconstruct the research of Ayers and Hopf (1987) on Communication Apprehension, demonstrating that Visualization intervention (VIS) is as useful a strategy as Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) and Systematic Desensitization (SD) in empowering the marginal speaker of English as a primary language. I then develop the work of Ayers and Hopf (1987) for a wider international level by explaining how in multicultural contexts it’s more useful to use the term Communication Anxiety (CA) when referring to speakers of English as a Second Language (ESL). I distinguish between Communication Apprehension for speakers of English as a primary language and Communication Anxiety (CA) for speakers of English as a Secondary Language (EDL). For Industrial and Organizational Psychology Leadership Speech Coaching I also propose to further optimize VIS from Ayers and Hopf (1987) without RET and SD in my own research with ESL subjects diagnosed with CA as part of liberating their leadership presence and message self-effectiveness. The validity, reliability and the scientific merit of the CA diagnosing test and Ayers and Hopf (1987) intervention research is discussed and extended with slight CA modification considerations for my ESL research interest.

Ideographic orientation points and their function are predicted and described (Burke 1969, Dor 2000, p. 22, &McGee 1999, p. 434),and a testing methodology is presented using two case examples, bringing us to a new frontier in psychology and philosophy of mind throughphoto-journalism,identifyingand empoweringvictims of generational and systemic abuse (Griebel, Coburger, & Scheel 1992).Mypredictive theory statement,and methodology,is the result of a long established tradition of rhetorical analysis of images that has been studied in a multidisciplinary fashion by linguists (Baugh 1963), rhetoriticians(Burke 1969 & McGee 1999), speech communication and visualization scientists (Ayers & Hopf1987), mythologists (Frog 2015, & Frog & Lukin 2015), philosophers of mind and anthropologists (Severi 2004, Severi 2005, & Severi 2015), psychiatrists and biologists (Stevenson 1997), as well as photo-journalists (Moon, 2013), treating images, specifically ghosts,as valuable cognitive artifacts, remnants,of mental language (Frog 2015, Frog & Lukin2015, Severi2004, Severi 2005, Severi 2015, & Stevenson 1997).

Whether Drzewiecka takes the able-bodied no military service Barack Obama era anti-Russian stance in the politically correct stance of being against “whiteness” (Drzewiecka, 2014, & Drzewiecka & Wong, 1999) or not, in the two poles of race rhetoric (white or non-white), she rhetorically dislocates the discussion away from the issue (Narayan, 1999) of targeting the physically not able (Lifton, 2000) and from targeting non-Catholics (Foxe, 2009, Hecht, 2014, Stein, 2002, & 2017) to allying the Catholic Church with the rhetoric of race, which again, whether it’s black or white is the rhetoric of able-bodied narcissism now invading Continental Europe, making a demographic sham of democracy as able-bodied outnumber the real minority, Europeans who incurred a physical handicap due to military related service as patriots, including Jewish Holocaust survivors, our true pool of leadership material (Bergen, 1996, Stein, 2002, & 2017, & Stein, 2019).______________________________________________

Communication and how personality traits, including religious affiliation (Hecht, 2014, & Stein, 2019), not race, influence information-seeking behaviours (Tidwell & Sias, 2005) is an interesting theme in Drzewiecka’s (2014) article on the commemoration and revelation of forensic details in the murder of 1,600 Jewish Polish citizens and patriots against Nazis in 1941 (Drzewiecka, 2014 & Hecht, 2014). Communication aided through modern technology is the new governmental force over-riding, not racism as Drzewiecka (2014), a biological reductionist, argues, but generationally inherited and socially re-enforced religious hatred which is an impediment systemically ingrained in administrative functions in Europe, including Poland and Italy, besides Ireland, France, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria compromising objectivity and interpretation in post-mortem forensic findings (Haraldsson, 2005, Hecht, 2014, Limburg, 1994, Pocheptsov, 2019, Stein, 2002 & 2017).

News Producer and a Church of Latter Day Saints Elder, an indigenous U.S. religion established by mostly European Heritage descendants to avoid being 'socialized' by less morally literate persons, successfully presented as he had hired me in autumn 2000 as his media ethics and law professorial assistant, and 5. a pdf file after my release from prison that is a verbal transcription made available through Elaine Voss, PhD, WSU Librarian, of the actual harassment and provocation of my spinal injury and myelopathy (diagnosed by neurologist Barbara Morgan, MD, Moscow, Idaho summer of 2000 after I was performing lateral lifts that left me unable to drive an automobile or lift weights for several months) related spasms (DREZ procedure) during an academic hearing involving DRZewiecka (harassing me in violation of the ADA statements under Samii who performed two DREZ procedures on my spine)(DREZ procedure) during an academic hearing under Ragatz, a WSU psychologist and a Student Body representative, a woman of the last name Boyington under the School of Veterinary Sciences at WSU, my own middle name, based on my U.S. statement of birth for social security is "Mary" though my Italian birth certificate is the middle name "Francesca" thus to cover both birth statements of a birth registered abroad of a U.S. citizen I used both middle names. I was and remain a 'threat' to antiSemitism and feminicidal policies on campus in U.S. territories. This began during the Clinton-Bush FBI surveying for a Federal FBI Institute on a Catholic university campus (FBI Institute of Hate started by R.M. Volbrecht recruiting the Clinton Administration), Gonzaga, without a public referendum, which is in violation law as a violation of Church and State, and has only degenerated into a global path to antiSemitism and femminicide, not respecting intellect, rank and order and national borders. Anthropologists and archaeologists do not often discuss that their research sites involving colle... more Anthropologists and archaeologists do not often discuss that their research sites involving collective past violence, conflict, death, and human sacrifices subjectively influence them (Luhrmann, 2023). Modern events similar to those of the past would be classified a crime scene (Holmes & Holmes, 2008), of a collective nature involving generational coverups and reframing of the act in collective memory (Andsager, 2000, and Drzewiecka, 2014). Sites of collective violence elicit at times feelings similar to "the way an anthropologist feels when holding the bones of someone murdered by a brutal regime" (Luhrmann, 2023). Anthropology, and archaeology, as spiritual disciplines, require that you or I act as an instrument, a tool, a medium recuperating the aphasic information disconnection still in the past (Drzewiecka, 2014). What anthropologists and archaeologists subjectively experience has real scientific validity, and replicable reliability, though requires accepted forensic measures for reporting these cognitive (spiritual) effects during immersion into a site. My goal is to refine my methodology to develop a predictive theory of researcher motivation and site interaction (Stein, 2017, and Stein and Zechner, 2020). The perception and self-report process can be corroborated through audiovideo recordings of the researcher while they are immersed in the archaeological site, and their insights reading the relevant literature, to further psychophysiological measures and contrast these with the subjective self-reports, so that critics cannot say "it's all in your head", and consider alternative explanations in the fields of Archaeology and Anthropology

I establish how a biochemist and psychiatrist, Ian Stevenson, MD, Chair of Psychiatry and Directo... more I establish how a biochemist and psychiatrist, Ian Stevenson, MD, Chair of Psychiatry and Director of the Department of Perceptual Studies at the University of Virginia, rhetorically maintained his broader, Cartesian (Descartes, 1993) definition of the psychophore through arguing for research on apparitions, and phantom limbs, as essential to verify his definition of the psychophore. His logic is very simple, research is required to prove or disprove the psychophore, thus a proper definition must anticipate the functions, mechanisms, and products of the psychophore as an extended consciousness surviving even without the body (Descartes, 1993 & Stevenson, 1997). Cartesian dualism stipulates that the source of the Mind is separate from the physical body, thus a classical Mind and body split (Descartes, 1993). Stevenson's psychophore functions as a federation of fields, consisting of deceased personalities, among the present individual (Stevenson, 1997), thus indivisible. Arguably the function of the psychophore is similar to the Soul, bridging research goals between scientific fields and theological pursuits of study (John Paul, 2002). I am not writing that the psychophore is the same as the Soul, nor am I writing that the psychophore is different from the Soul, just that they seem to serve the same function. After an individual's death, or death of a limb (amputation), the body's federation of diachronic (across time) morphogenetic and synchronic (across space) morphostatic fields, together called the psychophore, remains intact and visible, as apparitions, and somatically experienced as phantom limb memory (Stevenson, 1997, pp. 2083-2093). Think of an amputation, the dead limb leaves the Soul, yet the Soul remains with the living body (Descartes, 1993, p. 102), the same at death, the dead body leaves the Soul (Descartes, 1993). Besides a useful field of study for scientists, this is also an area of interest for theologians (John Paul, 2002). The psychophore seems to function as a unique and identifiable shape shifting form (Stevenson, 1997), which is not similar to the Hindu concept of atman that does not have a form (Dreyfus & Thompson, 2007).

The one certain result of CBT and psychoanalysis is dependency on external manipulations, rather than being completely self-directed (Burkeman, 2016). Here we offer a self-empowering approach to avoid dependency or co-dependency. Photography can measure synchronization of parallel processes of external and interior vision sensitivity (Bolls & Lang, 2003 & Severi, 2015) evolving into a Lacanian ‘Spaltung’ (cleavage), ‘The-Name-of-the-Mother’ desire (Plaskow, 1991), of approval and reprieve phenomenon (Dor, 2000), particularly in cases of trauma, and specifically post-mortem trauma (Ayers & Hopf, 1987, Stein, 2009, Stein, 2002, & Stevenson, 1997). This is the first published clear theory of a visual rhetoric statement, affirming Lacan’s thesis that the unconscious is structured like a language (Dor, 2000), a visual based language composed of images as linguistical units, proposing to identify, predict, and describe the ideographs structuring human behavior, and organizing society, as a cost-effective communication process in human biology, and forensics (Griebel, Coburger, & Scheel, 1992). Ideographic orientation points and their function are predicted and described (Burke, 1969, Dor, 2000, p. 22, & McGee, 1999, p. 434) and a testing methodology is presented using two case examples. This particularly empowers victims (Baird, 1982, Laczko & Thompson, 2000, Limburg, 1994, Stein, 2009, Stein, 2004, Stein, 2003, Stein, 2002, Stevenson, 1997). Our predictive theory of visual rhetoric is easily applied to basic photography, bringing us to a new frontier in photo-journalism to identify and empower victims of systemic abuse (Griebel, Coburger, & Scheel, 1992); synchronizing external objective and inner subjective material processes in Lamarckian evolutionary theory (Bolls & Lang, 2003, Goffman, 1959, Hammerman & Lenard, 2000, Severi, 2015, Steele, Lindley, & Blanden, 1998, & Stevenson, 1997).
