Announcement lolz. First of all, we have an OOC comm for dicking around and such now. Yay!

Also, two issues that have come up multiple times now that I want the community's opinion on...Double applications, and allowing characters from other things and OCs.

In the event of a double app (two people app the same character before one is accepted), what should be done?

Comm members vote on them.

Should we allow characters from other canons or OCs?

Sweeney characters only plz.

OCs, but no one from other canons.

Other canons are fine as long as they make the character's history suitable for the setting.

Other canons and OCs are fine with me.
