Eighteen (18) students, identified to display problematic behaviors were purposively selected to participate in this study that focuses on the 8 relevant factors that may affect them namely, school facilities, peers, learning materials, community, subject concerns, personal, teacher factor, and parents. Friedman's Two-Way Analysis of Variance showed that there are significant differences (p<0.05) in the self-ratings of students on each of the 8 factors considered. The school facilities (mean=80.22), peers (mean=71.3), and learning materials (mean=68.17) were the highest among the self ratings and were considered to be the primary areas for intervention. Personal issues, teacher factor, and parents were the least important indicators implying that the underlying cause of their unwanted behavior is not influenced by relatively sensitive social-cognitive interactions involving their homes, their minds, and their mentors. A dialogue between the school's stakeholders was carried out to discuss the implications of this study and to elicit useful strategies. Also, brand new chairs, and a water pump were donated by anonymous benefactors. This somehow supported the findings on the need for better facilities.
