this weeks weigh-in was better than lasts, thankfully, so I'm pretty happy with that! tomorrow will be a tough day with Easter dinner. I either will have to eat sparingly outside of dinner OR dip into my flex for the first time. we'll see :)

my new 2 point yogurt tastes a lot better than the 1 point varieties but still not as tasty as the 4 point ones haha. I'll stick with it, though, 2 points for a dairy is good enough. tomorrow is my 3rd weigh-in!! I hope the scale is nice to me this week :) the low carb tortillas were gross. so far a lot of the things I've tried for WW have been gross: 1 point yogurt, banana muffins (homemade), low carb tortillas, the whole wheat pizza, etc. a lot of wasted $ :(

the last two days I have had an upset stomach. very bloated and feel gross. I had a ginger ale tonight hoping it would help me feel better. my weight has gone up both days my stomach has felt bad so I think there's a connection there. retaining water. I hate this :(

I found some 2 point yogurt so I'm going to try one of those tomorrow for a dairy. the 1 point ones were so gross to me. I bought new milk that's 1/2 the fat of my old milk and the points are still the same for it so I was not happy about that. tomorrow I'm going to attempt to get all my requirements in, drink a lot of water and tea, and exercise... that's all I can do before the weigh in on Saturday morning, I guess. can't do anything about the bloating and upset stomach that seems to be affecting my weight right now. all I can do is keep on program. sigh.

I planned to use my last point on a fruit and have 0pt veggies as a snack but it got too late so I didn't get my requirements in today. the pizza was a bust but I have a lot of leftovers so I might have to eat it again tomorrow. I went shopping today so the rest of my week should be better I hope :) got fruit, veggies, some new granola bars to try, some new yogurt to try, green tea, etc so I should be set!

yesterday was a problem! I was on the go a lot and wasn't home to cook so I resorted to shakes and bars. I went out for st. patricks day and managed to avoid a lot of food by packing a luna bar, grapes, and clementines. brought my own water, too. it was the best I could do. I also really needed to grocery shop yesterday. I picked up a few things today and will get vegetables and such tomorrow which will help a lot :)

today was one of "those days" where I could have eaten everything in my whole house and STILL been hungry. just absolutely starving hungry. I was just inhaling food (hence all the snacking!) I drank so much water and 2 tea's just to try and curb all my hunger. nothing is satisfying me today :( which is particularly worrisome because my 2nd weigh-in is tomorrow morning and I wanted to have a good day today and didn't. I wanted all fruits, veggies, chicken, etc. no junk like ice cream and popcorn and crackers and such. sigh. I did the best I could today and all week so all I can hope is the scale isn't too harsh to me tomorrow.
