STUDENTSOn November 12, 2024, the Third District Court of Appeal hosted a group of Master of Laws (LL.M.) students from Florida International University College of Law. The group of students, who are already licensed and practicing attorneys, come from culturally diverse backgrounds. They represent countries such as Barbados, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Honduras, Hungary, Japan, Lebanon, Poland, and Venezuela. The foreign attorneys attended an oral argument session with Judges Norma S. Lindsey, Bronwyn C. Miller, and Kansas R. Gooden. Following the oral arguments, the judges held a question-and-answer session in the courtroom, and later attended a luncheon hosted by the Dean of FIU College of Law Anthony Page, Associate Dean Manuel Gomez, and Professor Rodolfo Pittaluga, Jr. | | ST.
