We collect this information to provide you with valuable cleaning services like Enhanced Clean, to provide you with support and access to ABM services, and to provide you with information about ABM.

Protecting the security and privacy of your personal information is important to ABM. This Privacy Policy describes ABM’s practices concerning how we handle your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to ABM’s websites, and any of their subpages, subdomains or desktop and mobile versions, including any content, materials, software, information, data, features, functionality, and services made available therein (the “Site”).

ABM will handle your personal information in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. ABM does not install any software applications, including spyware, on your computer and does not sell or share personal information.

Data Collected Automatically: When you access ABM’s Site, ABM automatically collects industry-standard information like IP address, usage, and device data. ABM collects and uses this type of information to help us understand how users interact with the Site, to provide you with a more relevant experience, and to enhance the services we offer. ABM does not solicit any information from children under 16 years of age. ABM will not knowingly collect personal information from children without insisting that they seek prior parental consent if required by applicable law. ABM will only use or disclose personal information about a child to the extent permitted by law, to seek parental consent pursuant to local law and regulations or to protect a child.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 16 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us at soc@abm.com. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 16 may review and request deletion of such child’s personal information as well as prohibit the use thereof.

Security

ABM has implemented commercially reasonable security measures that are appropriate to the nature of the information that we collect and are designed to safeguard that information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

Only ABM and ABM authorized entities are allowed to access information stored on our servers. Unauthorized accessing of ABM information stored on our servers is a violation of the law. In the event of a breach of security, ABM will fully press charges against those parties illegally accessing information on our servers.

Notwithstanding the above, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Site, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit on or through the Site, and you do so at your own risk.

The Site is intended for United States residents. Your personal information will be collected and stored in the United States, and subject to the laws of the United States.
