Abstract
Collaboration between recruitment, payroll, attendance, assessment and evaluation within the scope of human resource management can measure performance management 360 degrees by forming rotating wheel cycles. In the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross Tangerang Regency there is no such system to support management performance that focuses on the purpose of the agency. The need for a system in an activity will give a significant impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of employees and reduce the occurrence of human error. Human error errors are generally related to data so that the information provided is invalid. Therefore, this research uses balanced scorecard analysis and PIECES approach (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service) which can help to know the function and usefulness of the system built with the benchmarks of each perspective and the depiction of the system using the model device of Unified Modeling Language.
