Therefore, oral health as a vital aspect of general health can be defined as "a standard of health for oral and related tissues that facilitates an individual to eat, speak, and communicate without any discomfort or embarrassment and contribute in general well-being"1. Globally, oral health problems among the population with in numerous countries still persist, despite of immense improvements in it2. These problems have been found among underprivileged group in both industrialized and non industrialized countries.
