Use Of Business Analysis as A Human Resources Function in The Tourism Industry In this thesis, human resources management analyzed through a survey focusing on how effective the job analysis is used by the enterprises with a high ratio employee turnover rate. In today’s World, it has determined that qualified employees worked in the hospitality industry struggling because of the global pandemic. It’s extremely important for employers of this industry to keep employees with high satisfaction so they would not search jobs in other sectors. In this matter, Human Resource’s duty is to create a sense of job loyalty for the employees. It’s highly critical to keep staff motivated. In this job analysis, some the most important functions of the Human Resource Management such as selecting the best person for the job, employee reward programs etc. are determined based on the results of this survey. As a result of the examination, consistent results were obtained in the sub-categories of the job analysis questionnaire. In the surveyed business was determined job analysis applied. According to this differs; perceptions of effective reward system by age and job positions, perceptions of clear and transparent task allocation by the working time in the sector, age, education level of the employee, perceptions of appropriate delegation and job description clarity by gender, perceptions of regular tracking/auditing detections by age and position, perceptions of appropriate delegation of authority by age, level of education, position, and length of service in the industry.
