This thesis entitled activities of the value chain of the production of raspberry from the San Juan de Yerba town center for the commercialization of functional products to the city of Madrid-Spain, 2018. Its general objective is: Determine which primary activities and support of the value chain of raspberry production of the San Juan de Yerba Buena Village Center allow the commercialization of functional products to the city of Madrid- Spain, 2018. Developed under the descriptive methodology, with a master population of 20 raspberry producers settled in the community of San Juan de Yerba Buena. In order to analyze the current value chain characteristics, a situational diagnosis of the value chain model was made allowing describing the activities that generate value to the final customer and thus to the organization thus improving each link in the chain.
