Abstract
In this paper the use of so-called Learning Targets Statistics (MAE), and technical innovation in introductory courses in this subject taught in some of the careers of economic-administrative area at the Universidad Veracruzana is explored. It was designed and validated a questionnaire on the use of the eight learning goals, which 100 university students in four regions of this institution was applied. An exploratory analysis, using percentages and graphical representations, to identify MAE mentioned as underserved occurred; indexes are constructed by goal and an analysis of variance classification criteria (region) Significant differences in average were identified. It was identified that some of the goals are less concerned about careers as Business Administration and Management, Accounting and Geography.
