PkM activity was implemented in Cibingbin village, Cibingbin district, Kuningan regency with the target the entrepreneurs who involve with UKM belonging to kerupuk Dorokdok UKM. The activity implementation method consisted of three steps. The first step was preparation covering pre-survey, team-work, production and proposal dispatch, team coordination and partner and also� tool preparation as well as exercising materials. The second step was the step to implement the program such as� giving socialization, tutorial activity and discussion. Socialization was done through material description and discussion. Yang menjadi mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini ialah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Kerupuk ikan di Desa Kalanganyar, Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Yang menjadi masalah mitra adalah (1) Pengemasan yang menggunkan plastik biasa dan belum adanya merek; (2) Pemasaran yang masih mengandalkan pesanan dan dititipkan ke toko. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah (1). Mengenalkan pengemasan yang menarik, higienis dan mencatumkan merek, serta (2). melatih pemasaran secara online. Tujuannya UMKM bisa melakukan pengemasan lebih menarik dan ber-merek serta online marketing yang bisa menjangkau wilayah di luar Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan ialah melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan ke UMKM tentang pengemasan dan online marketing. The survival effort implemented by closely related to the company owned by small medium businesses because the business itself directly in management by the owner and flexible in adapt in environmental changes .The purpose of the research is to figure out how to survival effort in the home industry crackers Kedungrejo jabon in Sidoarjo District .This research including the descriptive research qualitative methods. The focus of the problem was a matter of survival effort in the home industry crackers Kedungrejo Jabon in Sidoarjo district. Data collection through in depth interviews with informants .Namely , the owner of home industries crackers in the village in Kedungrejo jabon Sidoarjo district.The head of the village and the community consumer Kedungrejo / Kedungrejo village crackers .Data analysis techniques in this research using the qualitative data analysis techniques. The research we can conclude that survival effort in the home industry crackers in Kedungrejo Jabon Sidoarjo district includes, product innovation crackers with different kinds of variant , involving the younger generation in marketing and expansion of production activities and marketing distributed in and out of town , to get out the island.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan didesa Cikuya, Kecamatan Banjarharjo, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Mitra umkm nya yaitu pengusaha Mikro kerupuk bawang Ubay Jaya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pengelolan usaha mikro, khususnya dibidang pembukuan keuangan. Untuk meningkatan pengetahuan pengusaha, solusi yang dibagikan adalah pemberian pemahaman tentang pembuatan pembukuan sederhana untuk usahanya.Target luaran dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu pemberian pelatihan bagi mitra UMKM perihal mengelola keuangan dengan memerlukan akuntansi. Both of them are located in Kauman Village, Mojokerto Regency. UD. Dedi Jaya is a SME that sells fried cassava chips, while UD. Dua Putri are SME that selling raw asiatic bitter yam chips. The targets that achieved in this activity are improving the quality and quantity of products and marketing areas in both of them. For reaching the targets, UD. Dedi Jaya will be given an electric machine cassava cutters to increase the quantity of the product while the UD. The majority of the residents of Cinyurup village are beneng taro farmers and entrepreneurs of beneng taro chips, but the management is still simple and is not managed systematically and well-planned, so that it cannot provide maximum results. The aim of this training is to increase competitiveness for the small and medium entrepreneurs of taro chips into independent small industries. The method of implementation is through : seminars of material delivery, discussion, practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this training show that not all small and medium industrial entrepreneurs are taro beneng chips those in Cinyurup village who have not implemented business management, have not processed distribution permits, halal certificates, produced product innovations and online marketing, due to limited funds and human resources. The implementation method used in conducting school management management activities as well as structuring school financial statement structuring consists of 2 stages. namely stage 1 delivery of material, stage 2 guidance and assistance in preparing financial statements. UMKM accounting training activities for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) to improve the company's financial performance run smoothly. Empowering Small and Medium Enterprise Industrial Rengginang Cracker (Studies in the Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Mojokerto). Small industrial rengginang cracker Desa Sawahan, who were found in the Kecamatan Mojosari, Kabupaten Mojokerto areas was one of several other businesses, which able to increase the economy around. Government intervention in developing small industry is necessary considering the greatest obstacle this industry is the expensive raw materials and the absence of paguyupan that moves in this sector. This research result indicates that the regional governments Kabupaten Mojokerto areas, through the Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Mojokerto in empower businessman rengginang is by providing aid tools, supporting the production of ease the issuance of license, training, as well as its marketing. In the empowerment by the Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdaganga is positively strongly supported because it is a lot of traditional food preservation as well as the abundance of labor. Bottleneck in the development effort rengginang cracker is the high price of raw material , as well as not adannya business or community group.

Pembuatan kripik dan Onde-Onde di desa Tanjungan Mojokerto dilakukan dengan keterampilan dasar yang dimiliki para ibu rumah tangga, Mitra 1 pada kegiatan ini adalah pengusaha mikro di bidang kuliner yaitu Onde-onde, dengan lokasi usahanya ada di RT 05 RW 03 Dusun Tanjungan Desa Tanjungan Kecamatan Kemlagi Kabupaten Mojokerto. Mitra 2 adalah pengusaha mikro di bidang kuliner dengan produk kripik khas Kabupaten Mojokerto yaitu kripik pisang, kripik mbothe dan kripik getas, dengan lokasi usahanya ada di RT 07 RW 04 Dusun Tanjungan Desa Tanjungan Kecamatan Kemlagi Kabupaten Mojokerto. Permasalahan kedua Mitra adalah proses yang masih sederhana dan tradisional yang bisa ditingkatkan dengan penambahan komposisi bahan baku serta perbaikan proses produksi khususnya mengurangi minyak pada produk.
