The Covid-19 impact on public health services is evidenced by a decrease in pediatric patient visits related to health seeking behavior’s parents then they will choose treatment seeking behavior such as self-medicating at home, going to traditional medicine, not treating, or going to health services. The current pandemic situation affects the health of adolescents in Indonesia. Research in adult showed that health anxiety has a relationship with quality of life. Research on adolescents regarding health anxiety and quality of life was not done much, this makes researchers want to see how the relationship between anxiety on health and quality of life of adolescents during the COVID 19 pandemic. The study was conducted on 497 adolescents in the city of Bandung with a comparison of 215 girls and 282 boys with an age range of 16 to 18 years. Relationship Between Resilience and Anxiety in Healthcare Workers During the COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is a disaster afflicting the entire world, presenting an unprecedented opportunity to study resilience. In this study, the relationship between resilience and anxiety was examined in healthcare workers at the Central Laboratory of Padjadjaran University in Indonesia. Two questionnaires were used, namely the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) questionnaires. The objective of the study was to determine the correlation between resilience and anxiety in healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a cross sectional study with descriptive methods and data were collected in July 2021. Univariate analyses described the distribution and percentage of each variable, while bivariate analyses explained the correlation relationship using Pearson’s correlation. 47 respondents filled out the questionnaire and 34% reported having severe anxiety. The mean score of the respondents’ resilience was 68.32 ± 12.31. The Pearson’s correlation test showed a significant relationship between anxiety and resilience (p < 0.013). Resilience is associated with better mental health and can provide a protective effect against anxiety and depression. Resilience can be supported through experience, learning, and formal training.

Pendahuluan: Health seeking behavior merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan oleh orang yang menderita suatu penyakit untuk memperoleh kesembuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran health seeking behavior penderita hipertensi di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 17-27 Juli 2021 di Puskesmas Rejosari. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil: Perilaku pencarian pengobatan penderita hipertensi di masa pandemi COVID-19 berdasarkan usia lebih banyak memilih melakukan pengobatan ke public medicine. Responden dengan pendidikan SMA memilih public medicine (60,9%), responden dengan penghasilan < Rp 2.998.000 memilih public medicine (48,9%), dan responden yang telah menderita hipertensi selama ≤ 5 tahun memilih public medicine (45,2%). Health Seeking Behaviour pada Pasien Stroke

Studi pendahuluan, menunjukkan hasil bahwa pasien stroke yang datang di rumah sakit dalam waktu 3 jam sejumlah <34%. Lebih dari 35% pasien tiba di rumah sakit diatas 24 jam. Fakta ini dapat merupakan fenomena gunung es, yaitu masih banyak pasien stroke yang tidak dibawa ke rumah sakit dengan berbagai alasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pasien stroke dalam mencari pertolongan kesehatan sehubungan dengan penyakitnya. Disain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 101 pasien stroke yang ada di masyarakat Kecamatan Kepanjen. Responden diperoleh dari penelusuran berkas rekam medik pasien stroke dan informasi dari mulut ke mulut (snowball sampling). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 31,5% pasien langsung datang ke rumah sakit ketika terkena stroke dengan rentang waktu bervariasi. Pasien stroke yang pergi ke rumah sakit dalam waktu 3 jam sebesar 18,7%, sedangkan sisanya tiba dalam waktu >3 jam. Pasien yang diperiksakan ke petugas kesehatan terlebih dulu, kemudian dibawa ke rumah sakit adalah sebesar 46,5%, dan pasien yang tidak dibawa ke rumah sakit setelah dibawa ke petugas kesehatan maupun non kesehatan sebesar 22%. Health seeking behaviour ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor demografi dan geografi, sosio-budaya, klinis, persepsi, dan pengetahuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 3 alur health seeking behaviour pada pasien stroke yang ada di masyarakat, yaitu langsung ke rumah sakit, ke rumah sakit setelah dibawa ke petugas kesehatan atau non petugas kesehatan, dan tidak pergi ke rumah sakit setelah dibawa ke petugas kesehatan atau non petugas kesehatan.

Survey Of Student Anxiety Levels During The Covid-19 Pandemic

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of anxiety students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire given to 110 respondents. The scores obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, 36.4% felt very anxious, 34.1% felt anxious, 20.9% felt not anxious, and 9% felt very uneasy about this pandemic. At the level of fear during activities, 50% felt afraid, 22.7% were not afraid, and 6.8% felt very unafraid. At the level of concern, 25% of respondents felt very worried about the Covid-19 pandemic that was happening, 56.8% were worried, 11.4% were not worried, and 6.8% felt very unconcerned.
