PT Pegadaian officially internalizes PT Pegadaian Personnel with CHARACTERISTICS who uphold the values of Trust, Competence, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative, as standards of ethical values that serve as guidelines in working culture in realizing the spirit of BUMN for Indonesia.Ethics is important because it fulfills a basic human need when every employee wants to be and work for a fair and ethical organization. An organization perceived to be motivated by AKHLAK values is respected even by people in society who may have little understanding of the job and the business or organization. Its employees also respect values-driven organizations. This is a typical human resource on a network that places workers and decision makers. Testing the Relationship of Leadership Style, Discipline of Work, and Organizational Culture on Performance of PT. K

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, discipline of work, and organizational culture on performance of pt. k. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. K with 52 people. The technique of measuring the number of samples uses all respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that burnout had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and employee engagement had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND WORK CULTURE ON THE PERFORMANCE AT PT. ANGKASA PURA

High employee performance will support company productivity, so that company leaders should always pay attention to improving the performance of their members for the betterment of the company. Employee performance is the level of success of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Employee performance in general is influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors (Ismail, 2008: 236). Internal factors are factors that come from within employees, which include company commitment, work culture, loyalty, and others. Meanwhile, external factors are factors that come from outside the employee, which include leadership, safety and security, as well as corporate culture. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the influence of leadership on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura. 2) To determine the effect of work culture on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura. 3) To determine the effect of leadership and work culture together on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura. The results of the study: 1) There is a positive influence between leadership on performance. From the hypothesis testing results obtained by value t arithmetic amounted to 2.497, while t table at 5% was obtained by 2,000. Thus t count > t table , then Ho is rejected and H 1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura. 2) There is a positive influence between work culture on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura. From the hypothesis testing results obtained by value t arithmetic amounted to 2.754, while t table at 5% was obtained by 2,000. Thus t count > t table, then Ho is rejected and H 1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence of work culture on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura. 3) There is a positive influence between leadership and work culture together on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura. From the calculations, the value of F arithmetic amounted to 16.783, while the F table obtained by 3.18. Thus F count (16.783)> F table (3.18), then Ho is rejected and H 1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership and work culture together on performance at PT. Angkasa Pura.

The research purpose is to determine the study of the organizational culture and its impact on employee’s behavior. Organizational culture refers to a pattern of basic assumptions discovered or developed by a group as it learns to cope with its problems of external adoption and internal integration that has worked well enough to be considered valuable, and therefore, to be taught to new members as the correct way to perceive, think and feel, in relation to those problems. Organizational culture is a system of philosophies, ideologies, values, assumptions, beliefs, attitude and expectation that knit the organization together and shared by its employees. It reflects characteristics of an organization which differentiates one from another, ranging from internal policies, public relation and customer service. Organizational culture has an impact on various activities in organizations, including human resources management every organization develops and maintains a unique culture, which provides guidelines and boundaries for the behavior of the members of the organization. It also refers to the values, ethics and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization which is based on shared attitudes, beliefs, norms and written and unwritten rules that have been developed over time and are considered valid. Thus, the organizational culture is a product of inputs (action) and outputs (results). The inputs are the beliefs, norms, assumptions, values and the outputs are the courses of actions i.e. the goals, work task, planning, decision making and the procedures. A healthy work environment will always motivate the employees to stay in the organization and thus will reduce employee turn overs. The reveals that organizational culture leads to improved employees’ performance. This results from increased productivity in the organization. The majorities of the employees are motivated of the organization through feedback and increased productivity.

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of corporate culture in improving employees' performance at state-owned enterprise PT. Semen Padang, West Sumatra. This research used quantitative methods and was supported by qualitative data. Data were collected quantitatively from samples selected using Simple Random Sampling. Qualitative data was collected with observation and interview with purposive sampling technique. The population of PT. Semen Padang employees are 1924 people. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) Witel Sumsel. The company might use the finding of this research to understand how organizational culture could affect employee performance, as well as to understand the importance of organizational culture on performance. Theoretical frameworks used in this research were based on Cameron and Quinn organizational culture theory as independent variable, and Bernardin and Russell performance theory and dependent variable. This research is a quantitative study, which uses simple linear regression technique of data analysis. Questionnaires from fifty-eight employees were gathered in this research using census sample (sampling jenuh), as this research used whole population as its sample. The results of this research showed that organizational culture significantly influences employee performance in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) Witel Sumsel. Based on the finding of the research, company should provide more chance for employee to do knowledge sharing, as well as provide the employee with soft skills, family gathering or socialization.

The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Work Experience e on Employee Performance. The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by using purposive sampling technique and the size of the samples to be determined 34 employees of PT. Omnikopi Kreasi Enak. The data collecting technique is questionnaire. The data is analyzed by using SPSS software. The Influences of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline to the Employee Performance (Case Study in PT.Sinarwijaya Ekapratista)

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses permanent employees at PT. Sinarwijaya Ekapratista, using saturated sample as a technique of determining the sample, in order to obtain a sample of 60 employees. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool SmartPLS. The results showed that organizational culture provide a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Then work discipline provides a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
