This research aims to study the influence of competence and morale to work performance. The analysis method applied in study the influence of competence and morale to work performance are descriptive and quantitative analysis by multiple linear regression model. The statistic test was done by t-test and F-test, where firstly did the classic assumption test before did the statistic test. t-test is used to know the influence of independent variable to the dependent variable partially, while the F-test is used to know the influence of independent variable to the dependent variable simultantly. Variables used in this research are competence and morale as independent variables, and work performance as dependent variable.The result of this research show that, partially competence and morale partially influence toward work performance. Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Budaya Organisasi Dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of teacher competence, organizational culture and work climate toward teacher performance. The research was conducted from February 20 until March 4, 2017 at SMK Sandikta Bekasi City. The analysis method used non probability sampling is purposive sampling. Population were 60 teachers, 33 teachers match the criteria. The method used in this research is analysis multiple linear regression. The results showed the variable teacher competence, variable organizational culture and variable work climate simultaneously have a significant impact on variable teacher performance. Partially, variable teacher competence significant effect on variable teacher performance and the variable organization culture significant effect on variable teacher performance then variable work climate has no significant effect on variable teacher performance. Teacher competence is the most influence variable independen on variable teacher performance.

Teachers will have a good performance if the teacher in carrying out his profession as well as possible in accordance with the principles of professional teachers and supported by the compensation and culture of a good school organization as well. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance. Methods Survey research with correlational approach. The population in this study is the teacher of State Senior High School 2 Ambon as many as 93 people. The sample was determined using random sampling technique. The number of sample research as many as 50 people and test samples of 40 people. Hypothesis testing shows that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and performance. It is shown by the value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to (0,641) and tcount 2,645 bigger than ttable (2,011), 2) there is positive and significant correlation between compensation with teacher performance. The correlation coefficient (r) obtained is 0.527 and the tcount (4.923) is greater than the ttable (2.011); 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 6,070) and the value of Fhitung (19,151) is greater than Ftable (5,641). There is a coherent relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance.

PENGARUH BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP KATOLIK BUNDA HATI KUDUS WOLOAN Oleh Christian Elfian Wondal 13 318 256 Email : christianjilly11@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP katolik bunda hati kudus woloan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif jenis korelasional yang menggunakan dua variable yaitu variable X (Budaya Sekolah) dan Variabel Y (Kinerja Guru), dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP katolik bunda hati kudus woloan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Untuk validitas data menggunakan validitas isi. Selanjutnya reliabiitas data menggunakan teknik cronchbanch’s alpha. Adapun uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP katolik bunda hati kudus woloan dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,75 % dan persamaan regresinya Y = 81,16 + 0,363X, hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila budaya sekolah bertambah 81,16 maka akan terjadi peningkatan kinrja guru sebesar 0,363. Utara. Based on the first observations, it was found that the teacher's performance is relatively low, especially in preparing teaching devices. It is presumably related to the techers' competence and the work motivation. This study intends to reveal the magnitude of the contribution of techers' competence and the work motivation of teachers' performance.This research intent to know contributions of the techers' competence and work motivation of teachers' performance. The three hypotheses proposed are: (1) the contribution of the teachers' competence of teachers' performance, (2) the contribution of the work motivation of teachers' performance, (3) contribution of techers' competence and work motivation collectively on the performance of the teachers.The population of this study consists of 242 country elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Lintau Buo Utara. The sample of the study consists of 47 challenged people by using system makes a killing random sampling. The data were collected with a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested the validity and its reliable.

This research is to study the competencies of teachers and student achievement. Data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, with PNS teacher participants in the Makassar City Education and Culture Office, as for the sample of 183 teacher respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the research results obtained positive and significant competence on the performance of high school teachers in Makassar City, while the evaluation of competencies on student achievement has positive and not significant results on the learning achievement of high school students in Makassar City. Intervening variable test results obtained positive and significant assessment competence on student achievement in high school in Makassar through teacher performance, direct competency complaints against student learning achievement when teacher performance is significant on student learning achievement.
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Guru

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and competence on teacher performance at the Hidayatullah Education Institute in Samarinda city. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 60 people taken from each TK, SD, MTs, and MA units using the Saturated Sampling technique. Data collection methods used are the scale of the work environment, and the competencies and instruments for evaluating teacher performance from the Ministry of National Education. The collected data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance test with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 25.0 for windows. The results of the study with a 95% confidence level show that; (1) there is no influence between the work environment on teacher performance, through the Kruskall Wallis difference test the result is sig 0.211 (p> 0.050). (2) There is no influence between competence on teacher performance, through the Kruskall Wallis test, the result is sig 0.535 (p> 0.050).

This research is motivated by the low performance of teachers, aims to examine descriptively about competence, work environment, and teacher performance and examine verification about the effect of competence and environment on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The population consisted of 51 Sumedang Group SLB teachers with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data sources in this study are primary and secondary data with correlation and regression analysis techniques. Descriptive research results prove that teacher competence and the work environment are in good condition, but there are still weaknesses in certain aspects. Verification analysis results prove that teacher competence and work environment influence teacher performance both partially and simultaneously.

In managing the organization, there must be an appropriate strategy to regulate the workers to work as a team. The primary goal is achieving the optimum goal. Likewise, the existing organization at school must implement the proper strategies to produce the excellent teachers’ performance. The organizational culture and teachers’ competence influence their performance in an organization. This study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This study examined a population of teachers in a high school in Bandung. The data analysis technique of this study is path analysis. The results reveal that there is an influence of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This finding indicates a conducive organizational culture and adequate pedagogical competence improve the teachers’ performance.
