Technologies of individualization of the educational process and differentiated teaching in inclusive practice In the article the system analysis of the basic technologies of inclusive education has been carried out, in particular: 1) individualization of the learning process of children with psychophysical development (with visual, hearing, speech, musculoskeletal disorders, mental retardation, attention deficit syndrome, hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorders, etc.); 2) differentiated teaching, taking into account the abilities and interests of students with special educational needs, the profile of learning, used forms and methods of educational activity, the specifics of inclusive educational environment, the nature and scope of educational material. The interpretation of the concepts "individualization", "individual approach", "differentiated teaching" has been generalized, taking into account various aspects of the organization and functioning of the inclusive educational process. The importance of individualization and differentiation of education in inclusive practice by diversifying the forms, methods and means of teaching has been emphasized. It has been found out that the implementation of teaching differentiation is due to certain factors, namely: 1) different levels of knowledge of students; 2) different interests and learning styles; 3) different pace of learning (temperament), motivation; 4) differences in the assimilation of educational material; 5) coordination of traditional collective forms of education with the individual nature of learning information, etc. It has been substantiated that, firstly, modern educators admit the technologies of inclusive learning as activity tools and are ready to use the latest of them; secondly, the combination of traditional and innovative teaching technologies determines the effectiveness of the inclusive educational process, promotes the development of interests, propensities and abilities of children with special educational needs, motivates them to reveal their inner potential.

Ukrainian tradition of teaching Latin language in medical higher education institution is based on grammar and translation method. The conscious usage of the professional terminology in live communication is considered secondary issue. 2 0 1 2 In recent years the tendency to re actualize S. Krashen's ideas of The Second Language Acquisition has been observed among ancient languages teachers. The educators focus on the Input and the Authentic resources, considering as such not only ancient texts, but podcasts, blogs, video in social media etc. The aim of our thesis is to discuss possible connections between application SLA principles to teaching Latin language per se and usage of those ideas in teaching Latin medical terminology.

The improvement of the system of additional professional training of teaching staff concerning the methods of teaching under the condition of bilingual approach at the medical university

Introduction. The relevance of research subject is defined by qualitative changes concerning methodical retraining of teachers at the postgraduate level in the light of requirements of UNESKO, WHO and statements of conception development relating to conditions improvement for attracting students from abroad. The practice of teaching academic disciplines shows the absence of bilingual education programs. Materials and methods. The research was conducted on the basis of Altai State Medical University during one academic year, the time-volume was 252 h, the total number of listeners – 40. The lectures and practical classes were performed in online and distant forms by means of educational virtual platform «Moodle». The main statistic calculation was conducted by means of element analysis of the data obtained. The calculation was performed to assess individual achievements concerning the completeness of task – suggested performance. The results of the study. A high level of quality related to the conduction of tasks using English and Russian languages were presented: 15 instructors – excellent, 15 – good, 10 – satisfactory. Diagnostic values allow to conclude that the implementation of the program and 2 teaching aids results in qualitative improvement of the training results in methods of teaching in relation to the concrete scientific domain as well as to the changing in language and speech skills used for organization and management of learning-teaching process under the circumstances of bilingual approach. Conclusions. The authors came to the conclusion that the program based on the interdisciplinary integration and the training aids (theoretical and practical ones) developed according to the principle of bilinguism allow to improve simultaneously the level of mastering foreign competence under the circumstances related to real situations. The authors proved the effectivity of technique directed to the improvement of «essay» writing by which the skills of problem decision, the choice of adequate graphic aids, the formulation of tasks for students by means of English language, critical analyzing the issues have been developed.
