In this paper some socio-demographic aspects of migration of Mexicans to the United States and its relationship with the international protecting instruments are exposed. Also, the current policy, on migration, from Mexican government, characterized by the absence of a comprehensive public policy in all its dimensions that would manage migration complexity is analyzed. This complexity of international Mexican migration, framed in economic globalization, in addition to the increasing numbers, leading to conclusions regarding the social and demographic dimension, as well as the violation of human rights and the rights of migrants and their families in contradiction with the instruments of international law and the anti-immigration policies, which violate the guarantees of migrants in a country of origin, transit, destination and return.
