Bureaucratic reform is essentially an attempt to reform and fundamental changes to the system of governance in order to reach the goal of bureaucratic reform to accelerate achievement of good governance and efforts to improve support for local government in increasing performance. Bureaucracy reform program runs which is principally consisted of institusional reform, human resources reform and management information technology support in the licensing process. Institutional reform is by estabilishing a new agency that handles the licensing process in the past, licensing process has to go through the different agencies and with the reform of the bureaucracy in the licensing process united in one body that is unified, improve human resources through training and increase the transparency of information through the management information technology support. Bureaucratic reform in investment licensing in the area is already under way in an effort to improve the service to the community, so good governance is not just a dream and soon will become a reality.

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from mild to severe symptoms. There are at least two types of coronavirus that are known to cause diseases that can cause severe symptoms such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. The virus that causes COVID-19 is called SarsCoV-2. Corona viruses are zoonotic (transmitted between animals and humans). Research states that SARS is transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS from camels to humans. Meanwhile, the animal that is the source of transmission of COVID19 is still unknown (Ministry of Health, 2020). Based on scientific evidence, COVID-19 can be transmitted from human to human through droplets, not through the air. People who are most at risk of contracting this disease are people who have close contact with COVID-19 patients, including those who treat COVID-19 patients. Standard recommendations for preventing the spread of infection are regular hand washing with soap and clean water, practicing coughing and sneezing, avoiding direct contact with livestock and wild animals and avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing. In addition, implementing Infection Prevention and Control (PPI) while in health facilities, especially emergency units (Ministry of Health, 2020). The purpose of this activity is to increase student knowledge regarding efforts to prevent the spread of Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) infection so that students are ready to face and prevent the spread of this disease. The implementation method consists of the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages. Participants are the general public and students. Stages Starting from the activity of preparing permits for the head of STIKes and the Deputy Chairperson and the LPPM to get permission to socialize health to students. At the implementation stage, this community service activity was carried out daring with a zoom meeting by providing counseling regarding efforts to prevent the spread of Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) infection. The monitoring and evaluation phase of activities using the postest method is to determine the increase in the level of student knowledge after health education is carried out by directing students to fill out a google form media questionnaire about the 2019 Corona Virus infection disease (COVID-19). Almost all participants were able to attend extension events very well. During counseling, participants are very active in asking the speakers regarding the material that has been delivered. All Participants seemed enthusiastic about participating in outreach activities and asked a lot about information related to the 2019 Corona Virus (Covid-19) infectious disease. Based on the results of the service activities that have been carried out, the team conducted an evaluation by asking for feedback from the recipients through distributing questionnaires with the results that 98.51% of participants understood and knew more about how to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 disease.

Makalah ini mempertanyakan, apakah merupakan sebuah dialektika alamiah bahwa perempuan sebagai manusia kelas dua, sebagaimana jika berhadapan melawan lakilaki? Ataukah terdapat faktor-faktor historis dan biologis dalam konstruksi budaya yang menyebabkan tersebarnya ideologi patriarki? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini, kita akan menganalisis faktor-faktor historis tersebut dan berusaha menelaah perbedaan-perbedaan pemahaman dalam memahami konstruksi budaya. Secara stimulant, makalah ini berusaha menyingkap pandangan Islam mengenai relasirelasi jender yakni subordinasi wanita dan sekitarnya. Kata Kunci: (6 kata kunci) al-Qur"an, jender, subordinasi, patriarki, faktor sejarah, konstruksi budaya Pengantar Hubungan antara laki-laki dan perempuan, dalam kaitannya dengan status, peran, dan permasalahan hubungan keduanya yang sederajat telah menjadi sebuah topik kontroversial sepanjang sejarah. Banyak ide serta pemahaman yang muncul, beberapa diantaranya mengklaim memiliki landasan yang berasal dari wahyu atau al-Qur"an dan yang lain mengklaim berlandaskan atas sturuktur sosial tradisional. Berawal dari pantauan sejarah di dapat bahwa konstruksi budaya yang terjadi tidak sejalan dengan pemahaman ilmiah. Yakni di kalangan ilmuwan-teolog dan feminis sendiri. Pemahaman-pemahaman mereka dalam menafsirkan kitab suci seringkali merujuk kepada kondisi obyektif lingkungan masyarakat di mana mereka berada. Banyak konstruksi budaya dibangun di atas landasan pemahaman kitab suci, misalnya persepsi al-Kitab terhadap tiga hal pokok tentang perempuan. Pertama, tujuan penciptaan perempuan (Hawa) untuk melengkapi kebutuhan laki-laki (Adam) di surga. Hal ini mengesankan bahwa perempuan hanyalah sebagai pelengkap dan diciptakan untuk melayani kebutuhan laki-laki. Salah satunya isyarat al-Qur"an yang paling relevan tentang asal-usul penciptaan perempuan adalah firman Allah Swt., dalam Surah al-Nisā"/4:1 :

The anti-corruption movement introduces the publik that prevention efforts are better than efforts to eradicate corruption itself. This case has been conducted by an anti- corruption activist representing the community. The purpose of this research is to know the experience and understanding in supporting and realizing the anti-corruption movement as an effort to prevent corruption in East Java society. This type of research is sociological juridical and analyzed qualitatively.
