Analisis Strategi Guru Mata Pelajaran Pai Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan strategi guru mata pelajaran PAI dalam memberikan motivasi belajar kepada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Dalam mengalisis data, teknik analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan strategi ceramah dan demonstrasi sosiodrama secara keagamaan dengan memberikan hafalan ayat pendek Al-Qur’an pada saat pembelajaran dan membaca zikir. Ada hambatan dan kendala guru dalam memberikan motivasi seperti faktor lingkungan siswa serta masih ada peserta didik yang acuh ketika guru memberikan motivasi.

This study aims to explore the forms of anxiety frequently experienced by students in facing religious learning at MAN Rejang Lebong, as well as the efforts made by teachers to overcome student anxiety. The study sample consisted of one Islamic Education teacher and one student from grade X at MAN Rejang Lebong. Data was collected through interviews with teachers and students and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of student anxiety in facing religious learning included a lack of interest in learning about religion, lack of mastery of the material, nervousness and trembling, fear that distracts students during learning, lack of confidence in learning religion, as well as anxiety and worry. This article is motivated by the phenomenon of the students of SMPN Satap-1 Kamipang in the form of difficulties in literacy, namely reading and writing the Qur'an, it is necessary to explore how the role of PAI teachers in overcoming the difficulties of these students. Dampak Pandemi Covid Terhadap Pembelajaran Daring Mata Pelajaran Pai

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the implementation of online learning of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in elementary schools. By using the literature study method, this study found that the COVID-19 pandemic had a positive and negative impact on the implementation of online learning in elementary schools. The impact is experienced by students, parents, teachers, and has an impact on learning itself. On the positive side, online learning can prevent transmission of the virus to other people, the learning atmosphere at home for students can be more conducive, parents can increase their time together with children, teachers can improve digital literacy skills, and learning can be more varied. On the other hand, online learning has the opportunity to widen the gap between students in rural areas and students in urban areas due to differences in facilities, parents' educational background, internet access and technology.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Islamic religious education teachers in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of students at SMK Negeri 1 Semarang. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research so that the collection of data using observation, interviews, and documentation to the parties concerned. While the data analysis I use is qualitative data analysis which includes three aspects, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were changes given by religious teachers to their students. Where religious teachers are able to develop between emotional intelligence and spiritual students. In addition to providing material, religious teachers also provide exemplary learning, direct their students to pray in congregation, and control the activities of their students both at school and at home.�Keywords: Teacher Role, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence

Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan keberadaan kepala sekolah adalah salah satu aspek penting, selain Guru, staff, karyawan, sarana prasarana, dan lain-lain.Karena Kepala Sekolah harus mampu mempengaruhi orang lain dan lingkungannya.
