Abstract

This article describes the use of practice in the area of Management Project, Information Technology and Performance Management to deployment an extension project. The objective of this project was to capacitate community members to work outside the clothing sector through a continuous training, which included some concepts relevant to Industrial Engineering as PCP and Quality Engineering. Elements considered as a basis for promoting the social and digital inclusion of individuals in industry sectors. The use of practices has improved the management, implementation and evaluation of activities under the project extension.
