Abstract

Plan was made possible through the hard work and diligence of a great number of people, and for this the Albemarle-Pamlico Estuarine Study extends its heartfelt gratitude. The Study was conducted under financial support and technical guidance of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through an agreement with the NC Department of Environment, Health, and Natural Resources (DEHNR).
