This study was conducted to examine the influence of knowledge ambiguity, absorptive capacity, and structural dimension on university-to-industry knowledge transfer. This study involved 62 respondents collected through an online survey. The study found that knowledge ambiguity has a negative effect and structural dimension has a positive effect on knowledge transfer activities are not supported. While absorptive capacity has a positive effect on knowledge transfer activities is supported. Keywords: knowledge ambiguity; absorptive capacity; structural dimension; knowledge transfer; MSME.
