Abstract

Time-lapse microscopy depicting dynamic cellular migration in a growing organoid. The arrows indicate the direction of mass migration along two elongating ducts from the core of the organoid toward the leading edge of the ducts. At the outset of the movie, the organoid had been grown for 8Â days. Images were captured every 10Â minutes. Frame rate: eight frames per second. (AVI 5319 kb)
