Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan DI Hotel Canggu Dream Village

The importance of the existence of human resources in the development of tourism services Business, as can be seen from the ability of a company to develop, is very dependent on the ability of employees to carry out work tasks that are directed to the development of the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance at Canggu Dream Village Hotel. The number of samples used was 45, using the saturated sample method. Data collection using Likert scale questionnaire Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis Hypothesis testing is done using the t-test. The results showed that the democratic leadership style variable was 6.626 compared to the t table, namely 1.6, which means rejecting H0 or H1 was accepted because t-count> t-table = 6.626> 1.6, meaning that democratic leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Canggu Dream Village Hotel. Thus, it can be interpreted that the better the application of democratic leadership style, the higher employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of democratic leadership style on employee performance is 49.4%. It is expected that leaders provide time or opportunities for subordinates to convey input.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on spirit of work at Hotel Siesta Legian. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method, this study uses primary data taken from distributing questionnaires to employees of Hotel Siesta Legian. The results of this study show that partially the leadership style and motivation have a positive influence on spirit of work, and simultaneously leadership style and motivation have a significant influence on spirit of work.

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between leadership style and communication on employee performance at Best Western Resort Kuta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpian dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank BTPN Cabang Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagi kuesioner kepada 32 responden pegawai Bank BTPN Cabang Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, berdasarkan uji statistik t, nilai t hitung untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan 3.233 > t tabel 1,695 dan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. The competition in this industry has become extremely tight as the number of star and non-star hotels in Bali increased in 2019, reaching 4,323 hotels. The goal of this study was to examine the impact of the leadership style on the work motivation of employees in the Hotel A Ubud's Housekeeping Department. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Travellers Suites Medan

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Travellers Suites Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 69 orang karyawan Hotel Travellers Suites Medan yang yang menjadi responden, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Penelitian ini mengamati 2 variabel, yaitu (1) gaya kepemimpinan yang terdiri dari 6 indikator yaitu: Otokratis/demokratis, Tegas dalam mengambil keputusan, Direktif, Partisipatif seperti Mediator yang handal dalam mengatasi konflik, Sifat Gaya Kepemimpinan yakni Ketegasan dalam mengambil keputusan, Bersifat melindungi bawahannya dalam teori Tipe Paternalistik dan (2) kinerja karyawan yang terdiri dari 6 indikator, yaitu: kuantitas, kualitas, ketepatan waktu, disiplin, inisiatif, tanggung jawab dan kerja sama. Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan uji parsial, data diolah dengan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Travellers Suites Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garuda Karya Mandiri. Sifat penelitian ini adalah asosiatif (hubungan) yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Cara penarikan sampelnya adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu berjumlah 120 karyawan pada PT. Garuda Karya Mandiri. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai Fhitung 7,076 > Ftabel 3,95 yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,01. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Ha3 diterima yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung.
