The Effect of the Principal's Leadership Effectiveness on Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin

SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin, the Principal plays an important role in shaping policy, fostering a positive organizational culture, and offering strategic support to teaching staff. It is important to dig deep to understand the significant influence of principal leadership on teacher performance. This article will examine how effective leadership can foster a work environment that motivates and empowers teachers, ultimately improving the quality of education in schools. The main focus of this study is to assess the impact of the principal's leadership effectiveness on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin. Quantitative research methods will be used to achieve this goal. The process of quantitative research involves the utilization of numerical data to acquire knowledge and analyze information. Data collection methods in this type of research include questionnaires and documentation studies. The findings of this study show that the principal's leadership style has an impact on improving teacher performance. The effectiveness of a teacher's performance is determined by how well the principal displays the success of the school in its management. This is supported by an R square adjust value of 0.232 which shows that the principal's leadership style accounts for 23.2% of the variation in teacher performance. The remaining 76.8% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study, such as teacher compensation, teaching materials, teaching methods, curriculum readiness, school facilities and infrastructure.

This article describes (1) the influence of a principal's leadership on teacher performance. (2) the effect of work discipline on teacher performance. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of the principal’s leadership style on teacher’s performance; (2) the influence of the work environment on teacher’s performance; and (3) the influence of leadership style and work environment partially or jointly on teacher’s performance. The Effect of Principal Leadership and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang

The aim of this study was to determine whether the principal's leadership and work discipline had an effect on the success of the instructor. The study sample consisted of 67 SMA PGRI 2 Palembang teachers. The approach used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression techniques. The findings of the appraisal test indicate that: 1) there is a positive impact on Teacher Performance of the Principal Leadership. Since the value of t-count is 6.480 and the value of t-table is 2,000, i.e. the value of t-count >t-table, which means that Ha1 is approved Ho1 is rejected; (2) there is a positive effect of Work Discipline on Teacher Efficiency. Since the value of t-count is 5.808 and the value of t-table is 2,000, in other words, the value of t-count >t-table, which means that Ha2 is approved Ho2 is rejected, and 3) there is a positive impact of the Principal Leadership and Work Discipline jointly on Teacher Efficiency. Because the value of F-count is 25,027 and the value of >F-table is 3,150, this means that the value of F-count >F-table, which means that Ha3 is accepted by Ho3, is rejected.

The Influence of School Leadership Style and School Environment on the Performance of Primary School Teachers in Kisam Tinggi District

This research aims to determine and analyze the principal's effect and the school environment's leadership style on elementary school teachers' performance in Kisam Tinggi District. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The data collection tools used were documentation and questionnaires. The conclusion drawn from the research and discussion results that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style related to primary school teachers' performance in Kisam Tinggi District with a rX1Y value of 0.725> r-table 0.178. There is also a positive influence on the principal's leadership style. The school environment positively and significantly affects primary school teachers' performance in Kisam Tinggi District. It has a significant effect on the principal and the school environment's leadership style on primary school teachers' performance in Kisam Tinggi District.

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Principal Style of Leadership in High School Teacher Performance in Muaradua

The objectives of this research are to assess the prevalence of: (1) the effect of environmental culture on teacher performance; (2) the effect of the principal's style of leadership on teacher quality, and (3) the effect of organizational culture and the main style of leadership on teacher quality at the same time. This study utilized a descriptive quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 40 respondents, namely teachers SMA Negeri in Muaradua district. The technique of data gathering is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used two variable product moment correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The technique of data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used two variable product moment correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The outcome of the research stated which: 1) that there would be a great contribution of organizational culture on teacher performance; 2) there was a strong outcome of the headmaster's style of leadership on teacher quality and 3) there was a good force at the same time between the organizational culture and the principal's style of leadership on teacher performance.
